I found out that using a powered hub isnt a good idea. No erros for 30 minutes when directly plugged into the PC

I keep getting this error when mining with BFG here and there. Does anyone know a solution?

Ive read a bit here and there on the threads but i dont understand how people are mining with just the wallet? 1.Anyway im assuming they used some miner like CGminer. 2. If using ASICs how do i set one ASIC to one worker (I have more then one miner)? 3. Do i let my GPU and CPU mine with it? Do they need their own workers? 4. https://ppcoin.d7.lt/getting-started will this bat just use the whole pc (with asics attatched)? Thanks for any help!
