I am using cgminer and can someone tell me how to increase the diff of shares? I suppose that something should be entered in the .bat file, but I can't find what. By default it is set to 1, but I would like to increase it.

You're only 12 posts deep! You can't like the name that much. I would start again if I was you. EDIT: btw, I am NOT stryder starting again... ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I didn't see this thread until RonSwanson contacted me on pm. I can't change my username, so for now I will not make another account.

Just to be clear with everyone here. I am NOT the person from Bitcoinary! Although it's a big coincidence that we have the same user name. I hope that RonSwanson will have his money back.

As a reminder, you said that you will provide info about block duration. Are you working on that? Users could track pool luck and decide how to mine
Luck history has no effect on future luck. Yes, you are right, but if pool luck is bigger, more miners would choose this pool. That means blocks would be found faster which is relevant for DGM. Of course, if pool luck is smaller...

Congrats to '6a407671' who hit 50,000 shares and has been paid a 5BTC bonus. The next 4 getting close to 50k have share values of 32000, 14,600, 14,400 and , 7800.
I am currently using this, so what is the reward on hitting 50k now ? Few posts above: First user that hits 50,000 DGM shares and emails/bitmessages/PM's me to confirm gets a 5 BTC bonus sent to their registered BTC address for helping test. Second, third, fourth and fifth get 4, 3, 2 and 1 BTC respectively

Regarding DGM I think that it would be useful if we could see the duration for current round and also for the rounds before.

Yup, same here. @doublec any info?

Looks like that. I'm also having issues...

Avalon already shipped some ASICs which can make 60GH, BFL should ship first ASICs soon, but they constantly delay the shipment. However, ASICs can mine only BTC, not LTC. So, when/if they hit the market, the most of people with GPU mining will switch to LTC

Looks good, I'll give it a try, thanks

@hedon The raise of difficulty with the raise of the value was only during last few month. I hope too that this trend will continue. However new ASICs should appear in the near future, and that will definetely raise the diff for BTC. Looks like than LTC will be a better option since ASICS can't mine LTC

I also have 7850 and I have around 300Mhash/s. I increased the gpu clock to 1030Mhz. You can unlock overclocking settings in the Afterburner so you can increase the gpu clock even more: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BbCT0hbo4AsSome people increased the gpu clock to 1150 and they are getting around 350Mhash/s Memory clock is not important for BTC mining, so you can minimize it so the card will use less electricity
