You are saying that you didn't get payments from Genesis, but in fact you did. You posted screenshots that they are paying.
If you look carefully wizzkid, you can see that the payments aren't paid properly. I waited 6 WHOLE days to get paid and the day after that, they started with excuses again and that they would start a payment process the same day. I also didn't say that I didn't get paid. They just don't pay you properly and come with many excuses every freaking time. You arent paid off by them? How? knowing that payouts are automatically sent from those people who did invest on their cloud mining. Dont tell me that they are doing manual payments as of now. Honestly speaking this is my first time to encounter people who didnt get paid by genesis mining for how many days. 6 days is really a long wait and another day the problem arises again. better to contact them asking whats really the matter. I do get paid by them, but not properly! There might something wrong with them in your case because its somehow manual as far as i can see. I did that and they won't do much. If you complain, they respond very late on purpose. I found a contract lawyer in Munich who will be contacting them soon. We are in the process of preparing for a lawsuit if nothing comes back from them, because I want to get out and I have the rights just like anybody else. |

Hello everyone, I would like to share you my story about how bad the customer support is at Genesis Mining. This is not a joke and I will post screenshots to prove to you that all of this is very much real as it can be. After watching BoxMining videos on YouTube, I wanted to buy contract for ETH mining, when the hype period was very profitable. At 2017-06-17, I started to buy ETH contracts (see screenshot below):  Aaaand guess what, the very first week made me scared after not receiving my Ethers from them, because they said that every payment will take place in 24 hours and I waited at least 28 hours:  I started to Google around if people had the same issue and saw that some of them had the same problem. After some time, I gave up hope, because I was scared not to receive any Ethers from them anymore, because many, many people where starting to complain when they would receive their coins. After 1 month, I started to think that this was a real scam, because I didn't receive payments for at least 6 days! I heard that Bitfinex and Bittrex will give you BCC if you don't move your Bitcoins from these exchanges on 1 August, but I am seriously considering to move them to a new generated paper wallet. What would you recommend, because I also saw video about price drops that could occur after hard fork. Please let me know your thoughts and what can happen after the USHF.  You will not face any issue if you will keep your Bitcoins on Bittrex or Bitfinex as they both have decided to support BCC. It is completely fine. Your Bitcoins will remain safe and you will get BCC as well, after 1st August. In general (keeping all the fork thing aside) it is not advisable to keep your Bitcoin on exchange unless you want to do trading. Hardware or software wallets are always better in terms of security and thus preferred if you only want to hold your Bitcoins. I was planning to sell BCC in case of when I receive it. Do you get BCC at the same time when hard fork is finished or will be there a time difference when exchanges manage your wallet address? |

I am waiting for weeks now, does anyone knows why Poloniex doesn't answer my ticket or enable Sia coin again? I still didn't get the rest of the Sia coins from mining also...

Boost the clock speeds
With what? Any suggestions? I started with the 1500 memory straps and a clock speeds of of 2050 and 1150 on my 4 gigs. That's gotten me to 26.5, but I'm going to try custom straps next week if nobody has found anything better. Could you post a screenshot or share your rom? I am not sure how to or where to do this.. |

I have 6x Sapphire Nitro RX 580 4GB cards that are currently modded with the new rom that I made. I only changed the 1:2000 straps with the 1:1750. After saving and flashing with ATIWinFlash and rebooting, I did run claymore dual mining again to see if I could get more than 24.5 mh/s but seriously nothing changed much! Anyone facing the same problem?

i have a asus prime Z270(with 7 GPUs) I also had the same problem. try this: must have windows 10 installed in UEFI Mode update motherboards BIOS to the latest version and enabled 4G decoding. if you already have windows 10 and drivers installed use DDU to uninstall AMD drivers. now install any drivers 17.1.1 or any up to drivers 17.5.1. Turn off your pc. Install one video card at a time and Run atikmdag-patcher.exe. Download the Patcher: Pixel Clock patcher: https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-AMD-ATI-Pixel-Clock-PatcherIf all limits are found, click "Yes" to patch and sign. If a limit is not found or if multiple matches are found, the patcher needs to be updated. Reboot. When you have done all the cards one by one, turn off your pc. and install all the cards. Thank you so much man! I finally solved it! What I did was: 1. Flashed my bios with the latest rom 2. changed bios settings (enable UEFI mode) 3. run a new windows setup (cleaned and converted ssd to gpt before the installation) 4. installed latest amd drivers (patch wasn't needed!) 5. went back to the bios settings and enabled 4G decoding and done! |

Ok, so I tried to change the PCI settings to enable 4 or more GPUs, but it seems that every time when I boot my computer, I get to see a blank screen after POST. No Windows logo and I also tried to reinstall Windows, but it somehow crashes I think... Any suggestions? Should I change my bios to an older version or did I miss something?  Edit: Oh wow! Could it be my motherboard? I changed the riser cables to see if it changes from GPUs and I saw that it made difference. GPU2 that was spinning earlier didn't spin anymore and GPU3 that did not spin now started spinning. So could it be that my motherboard needs more power? This is my motherboard: MSI Z270-A PRO Intel Z270 and I bought it from this link: https://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/MSI-Z270-A-PRO-Intel-Z270-So-1151-Dual-Channel-DDR-ATX-Retail_1136691.htmlI know that my H81 BTC PRO R2.0 motherboard needed extra power using molex cables from 2 sides, but this motherboard doesn't has any. I really hope that someone can help me here, cause it's starting to frustrate me now. You have to change bios settings with the Z*70 mobo's. Don't worry about the power. I use the H81 and I dont have the molex adapters attached (They get fueled trough the powered risers). Hi everyone, I just bought 6x Sapphire Nitro RX580 4GB cards and I just can't seem to run them all when installing the latest AMD driver. After searching on the internet, I saw that someone copied files from 16.x.x to the latest 17.x version and it seemed that it worked for him. After trying it myself, I still could use only 3 of the 6. Please let me know if you have found a fix for this. I am running Windows 10 x64.    Thanks! |
