I have a 18-25 sept. batch order that is Paid, Valid but Unshipped. Bitmain is not answering tickets. Does any of you face the same issue?

Unfortunately they are not the business they claim to be. I had a deposit with bitcoinprofit.net for ~50 days. I tried to release my initial deposit after that and withdraw it to my bitcoin wallet but account got suspended. 

Here is their answer to this issue:

Has anyone tried to release their initial deposit with bitcoinprofit.net?
