Sorry I'm not able to respond to every post, but I am still forwarding request numbers to support and asking them to escalate. Posting your request number here is best since support can get the number without waiting for me to forward it. You can also give me the request number by DM but it will likely take support longer to get it this way.
We are expanding the support team as rapidly as we can and doing other things to try to serve everyone as quickly as possible, but the entire crypto space is seeing incredible growth right now that is very difficult to keep up with.
Our USD payment provider for US residents recently updated their system and are having a technical issue with the update. They are working to fix as soon as possible, but currently this issue is creating problems for some US residents trying to transfer USD. This issue does not affect clients outside the US transferring USD or any other currency.

Here is my ticket number 273356. If you can help me with my issue. Mine is with a withdrawl from Kraken after I sold my bitcoin. I am trying to withdraw USD to a US bank. I have made 5 attempts now, and within minutes I get a failure. My bank says they see nothing on their end as far as a wire trying to come through. Kraken support replied but they replied about wanting my deposit number. My issue is not a deposit into Kraken. It is a withdrawl from Kraken.
