you can't cancel a transaction once it is broadcasted, all you can do is wait for it to be dropped by the memory pool and spend it to another bitcoin address so your wallet won't be able to automatically rebroadcast it

5 days ago a have exchange bitcoin on changelly - but now the transaction was rejected on their system:
