1  Other / Off-topic / Re: Corona virus is fake ? on: July 17, 2020, 12:27:56 AM
^^^ Actually. we should learn what is real so we don't have to simply believe one thing or another.

There are two main points that are real regarding Coronavirus. These are:
1. Situations are happening around the world that are similar to each other, but different than ever happened before;
2. Nobody has found the virus, either SARS-Cov-1, or this one, SARS-Cov-2.

What? You don't believe my number 2? Good! As I said, believing things isn't as good as knowing about them. So, learn from the following video, so that you know.

AN INCONVENIENT COVID TRUTH

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5meH2iAjIU

Cool

EDIT: Probably Covid is what they have been planning at Bilderberg for years.
Thank you for posting video. I love it when people include support to backup their view. It's sad but every day this continues, it's becoming more obvious who is benefiting. Big tech, News, politicians, etc

Fake? No. Overblown? Yes.
We need to look at the numbers and realize that it's not a very deadly virus, compared to an ebola. It's less contagious than other forms of SARS.
The problem I have, is we just destroyed small businesses and gave the world to Bozos.
This is pandemic is now being taken advantage of by politicians to control us and make us turn into them on the news daily. This happened when my generation was abandoning the traditional news.
The news is the main driver of this fear, but they do it every year. Bird flu, Swine flu, ebola, sars, west nile, etc.
What we have decided as a society, is the older and vulnerable population's are worth months-year of economic production.
Sucks for millennials who can compound lost earnings in prime years. Add it up and it could put us at a competitive disadvantage vs other generations.
Quarantine should never be acceptable, in my opinion. You can't tell people not to make a legal living, while allowing others to go on thriving.

Hello world, have you googled Bitcoin?
Jokes aside, this is huge for Bitcoin. Might not be the best light to shine on us but it gets more jumping down the BTC rabbit hole. at a time when central banks are treating fiat like its worthless. That's one of the reasons I started a bitcoin blog with meme accounts during the quarantine too. The timing felt right.
I read that the hackers got around 2FA. They got Obama, Bill Gates, Biden, etc? Those are the biggest targets in the world. Was it done for the scam or the bad publicity? I wonder how much they even got.
This put bitcoin in every news report around the globe.

My kids are currently watching a movie "Moana". So "How far i'll go" is my background music while im using my phone. They already watch this movie many times but still enjoying it so I guess its a good movie for kids.
I've seen it, the music's really good. Most disney movies have at least one great song though. Even as an adult I catch myself singing under the sea if a commercial plays it. Grin

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto lending really that great? on: June 25, 2020, 11:50:34 AM
Cryptocurrency lending has the potential to take over the loans industry as we know it. In essence, it makes the process of getting a loan far easier and has far less requirements than traditional lending methods. In this article, we’ll walk you through the many advantages of cryptocurrency lending and why you should consider crypto the next time you need a loan.

https://selfkey.org/the-top-5-advantages-of-cryptocurrency-lending/
Despite there are a lot of advantages, we have to admit that there are a lot more disadvantages. For example, cryptocurrency isn't really popular in the world that makes the demand for crypto lending isn't high. Furthermore, the cryptocurrency market contains a lot of risks. Because of less requirements than traditional lending methods, it increases the risk to the higher level!

The market pays higher rates on crypto than fiat. Even stablecoins outperform traditional markets, in interest %.

Crypto loans should be taken, with room for over a 50% retracement. Many platforms pay % on crypto deposits, the issue becomes when you want price to go up on an asset but loan it out for interest. You just filled a buy order, with BTC you're going to take back later. Not the healthiest behavior for market scarcity.

The potential is huge when you have more $ in crypto, than any other asset, but you believe price will keep increasing.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deflationary Tokens on: June 25, 2020, 11:39:02 AM
The question should be where does tokens burnt come from? Are they bought from exchange if yes then there's room for price growth as supply is being reduced. If such token models can create utility for their projects, token burn will create scarcity and price will be up for everyone invesiin it.
They're usually burning a % of every on-chain TX. Some have dapps that require keeping coins tied in a smart contract. Some pay dividends too
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deflationary Tokens on: June 25, 2020, 10:23:18 AM
A lot of ignorance in this thread. Sucks to read as an econ geek.

Deflation isn't a gimmick, it's a traders tax. Too high and people won't trade, too low and supply won't constrict.

Deflation takes time, if these cryptos can build an ecosystem, and destroy supply, it doesn't take much money to move them up.

BOMB, FUSE, SHOCK, SHUF, PYRO, FRAG, have dapps and features unique to themselves. If they can stay alive until bull season, they'll probably make it, they generally keep more value when crypto crashes. They have crazy volatility, they're like little Bitcoin's in that sense.

11  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to earn money with Instagram? on: June 25, 2020, 10:05:09 AM
I've started my journey to becoming an insta influencer, here's what I've learned m 1st 2 months.

You need 1,000 organic followers or 10k with fake boosting to get $100-300 a month. Some companies will contact you with clothes, or fitness supplements offers, pretty early. Other small accounts will ask how much you charge for shoutouts. A post is $10-50, story $10-50, the link in the bio $10-50, for accounts with 10k followers. They'll usually have a 3 for package.

1million follower plus like memezar, he charges $2k-$5k for promos

Most people buy shoutouts to drive new users, fake user accounts won't give you the same results. It's good for an early boost but keep everything else you do clean, because insta doesn't like fake followers. I never bought fake followers, and they're on 3 of my accounts. Go figure. You can find similar influencers through hashtags.

Instagram algos run all of this. Don't use bad language in memes, description or hashtags. Stay away from violence, or major taboos. They catch even your meme wording. If you're crypto related, be 10x more cautious. They hate us.

Don't add tons of people, they dislike that too. I still do it on one of my instas.

Post 2-5 times a day, more will get you blacked marked. Leave 3 hours in between each.

Don't reuse hashtags too often. I mix it up because they were getting me on that too.

https://www.instagram.com/btcmemenerd/
https://www.instagram.com/cryptoknowitall/
https://www.instagram.com/bitcoinmemes_/

These are my 3 memesta's, They're 1-2 months and always have black marks. My content is a little like poking the bear. I get it. But it happens everywhere for many of us crypto marketers. Facebook/IG denied my first 10 ads. I had to write them emails explaining how I'm only making memes, just econ jokes. I don't take money, except on my DEX, there's small fees I get but they're under 0.50%. All that

They deny me on pinterest a lot too. Say my picture quality's too low, my editorial is low quality, or my business practices aren't allowed. Sometimes I win an appeal, sometimes I don't, maybe 50/50 on IG.

IG ads can be cheap, $1/day for a day, etc. Most might like your pic, maybe 10-20% of your audience, but very few follows. $10-25, might get you 1-6 followers.

Most people use IG to build the following, then sell them on facebook. I plan on building them all up, so I can sell them everywhere.

Best part for me on IG, how easy they connect to all other social medias. My IG posts directly to my pinterest, Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter (that one's not the best option to post with)
Pinterest gets great click rates for me, they're very relaxed on posting compared to other places too. I haven't advertised on Tumblr, Twitter, Telegram, or Reddit, yet.

Most people think they'll get 1k followers in a month, 10k in 2-3 months. They give up usually, after a week, to a couple months.

I see more growth and the work is too easy, so I never feel discouraged, plus I have many other projects going at once. Good luck
12  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which social media do you prefer? on: June 25, 2020, 09:19:53 AM
I was Instagram only, until I started a crypto blog. My meme accounts for that are on
Pinterest
Facebook
Insta
Telegram
Twitter
Reddit
Tumblr
Etsy
building up my BTCtalk account

I like Instagram the most because I can post it on IG, connected to my accounts, it will post the same on Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, & Tumblr

Youtube is the last piece of my puzzle.
13  Other / Off-topic / Re: After death we can back again in this world? on: June 25, 2020, 09:05:29 AM
I'm not saying this is gospel or anymore true than any other philosophy. I believe hallucinogens are more reflections of our mind, than a connection to something external. This is my experience with DMT.

I know my way around psychedelics, really do love them. DMT has been at the top of my list for a while. So one day I received some and put it to a blow torch. Whoa.
I blasted off into space as soon as I closed my eyes, saw aliens, pulling the strings of the bigger universe. Saw my body from above in a stasis like pod. Saw life that spoke shapes, as the way they communicated. Just the way their thoughts came out, was gorgeous. Like their voice built things, in strings of metal blocks.

The Ego Death
I started collapsing into a tiny spec, and I forgot who I was, where or why I came. I was nothing, a dot in black, there was no recognition besides feeling fear. I never felt an ego death so clear headed. Then DMT told me everything is ok, & rubbed my arm like a baby.

The Dialogue
The molecule explained how it's like alien technology, for communication. Whatever that means? It was thought of, as a clever trick. A joke that makes everyone laugh and cry.

I saw a universe that stretches, farther than I could imagine. That everything that happens here, happened in a flash but we slow it down to dissect it. Everything in the universe forms an egg. Inside this universe, all of it is 1 life. We're playing every role, every interaction is with yourself. We have to see the universe from every perspective, to understand it all. I was shown that we have to wake up slowly to the next universe, because it's so beautiful. The work that needs to be done, requires well rounded and experienced life.

Return
It was very clear in the mental experience, but the body high was so strong that it pulled my attention away at times. At the end, DMT asked if I was ready to return or if I had another question. I asked why I wanted to take DMT. I felt a warm wave start at my feet and rise through my body. It was like a fully body sensation, that rose to my eyes and 2 tears rolled out. Then I heard "that's why you took DMT" and I opened my eyes, to my puppy kneeling by my side.

Take it for what you want, I've had many trips on a few different things. DMT was like Acid or shrooms refined to its purest form. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to kill themselves or is experiencing depression. The afterglow lasted days, I would randomly bust out laughing at the silliness of it all. But it made me happy and more peaceful.
14  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Kucoin Futures - Trade Easier, Profit More! on: June 25, 2020, 08:13:14 AM
Kucoin is one of the most innovative fintech companies, with top tier security. They never stop adding features and fun uses. I hope they do a customer rewards program. Paid in KCS, of course. I'm going to go see what this Futures market is looking like. Keep it up Kucoin, I saw you guys rank top 3 in recent exchange rankings. Means others are noticing too.

Best DEX out there, too bad it gets a scam warning here, even after 2 years of operations
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you have any idea what Thorecoin is? on: November 30, 2019, 08:25:38 AM
After more research, ThoreCoin looks like they want to do some shit like use a blockchain to buy and trade regular stocks like Apple and Netflix. Why? I can trade those stocks easier on a regular exchange like Robinhood.

It's easy to trade anything on a website, blockchain will take over stock trading once it becomes impossible to ignore the benefits.

This project has red flags for me too but very few things mentioned in this thread as critiques has been accurate.

This one I'll be researching until I know more
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAU Coin🔊 WAU ⬆ a paradigm shift for capital markets in the history of earth🌎 on: October 29, 2019, 10:08:34 PM
WAU coin is the best thing to happen to my portfolio as the crypto winter set in. BNB and WAU literally saved me for a year or so, while everything else crashed hard. I think WAU will someday get the attention it deserves, WAVES needs coins like WAU to bring in more users. If Waves can hold on until 2021 they should be in good shape.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES - Complete Blockchain ecosystem for a token economy on: October 25, 2019, 03:25:00 AM
If you want more volume on the dex you need to get the web client running fast and smooth. Right now it is very slow to low on normal low bandwidth connections. Often it wont load the wallet balance or orderbook on slow connections making the dex dead to folks using the web client. High speed performance is crucial for the web client to get more volume
this a million times, as a user of the DEX

logical conclusion for people is: emancipate from BTC.
there is at least some tendancy for that presently.
These people will never understand crypto. BTC feeds all the other cryptos, disconnecting from that would kill 99% of other cryptos. You can't eat  BTC's gains and not take it's losses.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES - Complete Blockchain ecosystem for a token economy on: October 14, 2019, 10:22:10 AM
who has heard of Baikal token?, saw growth on the waves exchange today 80%

That is inside job so don't fall into this trap someone trying to make scam and want to dump this trash with this trick. Keep this in mind more than 99% of tokens on that exchanges are just trash so be careful when you see this kind pump there.

Actually, that is one major problem in waves dex. Almost all assets are not doing good in trading performance. If you found one, more than likely they are in the pump and dump mode so you really need to be very careful. I don't know how can waves attack this long running problem. This is also the reason why very few projects are choosing waves as their platform. But to be honest, waves is very easy to use and very economical yet most waves assets haven't attracted the strong support of the crypto community.

I only know of one coin on waves platform that has continuously performed well, and that is WAU Coin. Its the best performing currency on earth for the last two years, but being on waves instead of shittier more popular platforms like ETH has made it less famous
It's not only WAU Coin that attracts traders to trade on DEX, there are several projects that have caught my attention so far on the Waves platform,
the Primalbase Token, this project is extraordinary, but I feel the need for strength so that their volume can be top 100 Coinmarketcap

WAU coin and PBT are 2 of the best on any platform and Waves DEX would be well served advertising coins like this. It's crazy how many people lose money in crypto with these hidden gems. I saw this thread posted on Biz board on 4chan recently so WAU is getting some attention
