Have you set it to gen1or2 pcie in the UEFI? Have you started woth stock clocks for the cards and got it running first? Are you using MSI afterburner to adjust clocks? What OS are you running? What memory do the cards have (download gpu-z to find out?
We have them set to gen1 in UEFI. Yes we have not adjusted the clocks although I have MSI afterburner on there but looking for optimal overclock settings. We are running Windows 10. The cards are 6gb.

Does anyone know where you can buy these cards. From what I understand they are currently only selling these card to mining companies or in bulk. I am looking for a bulk order and was wondering if there was any place to buy these cards?
Thanks, RigbyDigby

I have been seeing that this is a good mining setup. We have a Z170A mobo with the 6x 1060 dual fan gpu's. We have been running into a few issues so far.
1. Trouble getting the 6th card working. (We have been able to correctly connect 5/6)
2. When we are using the 5 gpu's for testing purposes the miner will crash and freeze the computer after about 20 minutes.
If anyone knows anything about this style of rig and has any idea about solutions I would appreciate it.

You can see profitability through coinwarz. Profitability ranges day to day and is not static.

I have been trading for a while now. Each coin will have it rises and falls. Some coins I see that often fluctuate frequently are ARDR, EMC2, NXT, POT, DGB, and BURST. I trade on the Poloniex exchange, but I believe right now is a great time to buy into alt coins as they are all lower than average and the market has been quite volatile those last few months. Although I believe Q4 will bring stabilization.

|
The coin is a relatively new coin, but people are catching on. The community has a fair amount of people who are in it for the pump and dump. I also know many people who are long term holders in believe in the tech. I have a solid bag full of dgb and will continue to hold for years to come.

|
I am extremely excited about decentraland. I have been having a lot of success with trading POT, DGB, AROR, and NXT coin. I like all of them and have a bag of each for the long haul
|
|
|
I mean if you look at the tech behind DGB you can easily see why they are the next front runner. The market cap is beyond insane because there are so many people holding through the dumps. This coin will be 3x the price in 2 years minimum.

|
I have been watching the alt currencies for some time now. I believe that DGB and NEM will have the best long term growth. They both are solid coins with great developers. Its hard to find coins with the kind of tech.
|
|
|
I have now been a long term holder in DGB. The coins development team and overall development is remarkable. This is coin that may take time to value but will be a leader in crypto for years to come. The coin is prone to pump and dump like any other coin. But you can tell people truly believe in the tech.

This is interesting. Do you really think this will have an impact within a year?

I currently did same Bios with 9 cards and it's running stable.
Here is what I changed to get more cards registered: -Update bios -DMI Max Link Speed [Auto]->[Gen2] -PCIEX16_1 Link Speed [Auto]->[Gen2] -PCIEX16_2 Link Speed [Auto]->[Gen2] PCIe Speed [Auto]->[Gen2] HD Audio Controller [Enabled]->[Disabled] (Not sure if this actually has anything to do with getting cards running) Above 4G Decoding [Disabled]->[Enabled]
All the above can be found in the Advanced setup of the bios. Except for Above 4G Decoding which is in boot menu of bios.
Hope this helps.
So you think I can get 6 cards working with a Z170A Pro gaming carbon. We have 5 running now. We are using the gtx 1060 6gb dual fan gpus?

Does this work for gtx 1060 6gb. We have 6 and it looks like ur guide is for 480
