You might have to wait until it syncs anyway to use listunspent.
Even if I haven't done any transactions after my last full sync? |

This should work. I've done it many times.
Is your wallet password protected? If so, you'll need to use walletpassphrase before using dumpprivkey.
Are you certain that you are copying the addresses from listunspent correctly?

Das haengt vom Kurs und der Nachfrage ab. Ist wenig Nachfrage, gibt es logischerweise mehr Angebot/Bids, ist mehr Nachfrage gibt es logischerweise mehr Kaufinteresse/Asks.
Jep, das ist klar. Deshalb wollte ich mal wissen, wie es denn in den letzten Wochen so aussah. Also bevor Gox Probleme bekommen hat. Im Moment sieht es nämlich so aus, als würde die Nachfrage schwinden. Ja was denn jetzt. Oben sagst du, es gibt mehr Bids als Asks, also eine erhöhte Nachfrage. Jetzt sagst du die Nachfrage schwindet? Jep, ein Denkfehler. ;-) |

Ok, I tried it but I am not able to dumpprivkey the change-addresses. Bitcoinqt always gives me an error.

btw: I already tried to use listaddressgroupings but I was unable to export the privkey for every address (only for my "real"-addresses but not for the change addresses)

I just had a few addresses so this should work for me. :-)
I will test it today and give a reply.
So first enter listunspent and then using dumpprivkey to get the keys for the addresses?!

Ja, anscheinend sind sie das wirklich.
Kann man die irgendwie über die Konsole exportieren?
Mir wurde mittlerweile pywallet empfohlen, aber das will nicht so richtig klappen.
Bitcoin-qt muss leider noch ziemliche viele Blocks "aufholen", so lange würde ich ungerne warten und die wallet bei blockchain.info hochzuladen bereitet mir auch etwas Bauchschmerzen.

There is no possibility to export the "keys" of the change addresses to import them to multibit? I do not feel comfortable to upload them to a 3rd party.

Then it is extremely simple, just send all your bitcoin using qt to an address on your multibit wallet (either an imported one or a newly generated one). But then I have to wait until the bitcoin-qt blockchain is fully downloaded, right?! To avoid that, I wanted to switch the client. ;-) |

Hi,
I wanted to switch from bitcoin-qt to multibit. So, I exported all my private keys using dumpprivkey from bitcoin-qt. After importing them to multibit not all btc are shown.
Can anybody image what I did wrong?

Hallo zusammen,
wollte meinen Client von Bitcoin-qt auf Multibit wechseln. Habe mir deshalb in Bitcoin-qt für jede meiner "Received"-Adressen über dumpprivkey den private Key ausgeben lassen.
Nach dem Import in Multibit fehlen mir nun allerdings ein paar BTC.
Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte?

Es geht mir primär erstmal darum, welche Dateien ich aus meinem alten datadir in das neue kopieren kann damit er nicht die ganze Blockchain laden muss, sondern die Blockchain von dem alten datadir benutzt.
Nur die Ordner "blocks" und "chainstate"?
