1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should i buy ethereum with all of my money ? on: December 09, 2017, 04:46:18 PM
i see the future. ether will be 1k$ in 2018.  Cool

If you really believe that then yes you should buy lots of ethereum, but be prepared in case you are wrong. I personally believe eth is currently a better choice over bitcoin though.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Quantum computer will kill bitcoin on: December 09, 2017, 04:45:09 PM
No it won't, they will just fork the code long before quantum computers or any other new future technology poses any threat whatsoever.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am i too late on: December 09, 2017, 04:42:06 PM
It's never too late, though I would suggest ethereum at this time over bitcoin since it hasn't risen so much so fast in a long time.
4  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bittrex will support BCC - All BTC holders will get BCC on: August 01, 2017, 04:38:32 PM
Looks like Bittrex is waiting for blocks to be mined before crediting BCC, unfortunate because I wanted to dump my coins there. For now Kraken is the only exchange with reliable pricing on it.
5  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Would you eat a human? on: July 18, 2017, 11:52:47 AM
I'd rather die than eat a human.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What Altcoins do you want to hold in 2017? on: June 21, 2017, 11:11:31 PM
I'm holding Stratis and Wave for the majority of my portfolio and a little bit in both bitcoin and ethereum (around 20% total). I think Stratis will be a top 3 coin by the beginning of near year.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are You Holding On To Your Bitcoin? on: June 21, 2017, 11:08:22 PM
I dont think i will hold it for a long time now, once bitcoin price become 3000$ i will sell my all of my remaining bitcoins. For sure there will be a dump again after it reaches 3000$ peak.
You have to learn about the market of bitcoin then you will know that the price of bitcoin will increase more higher in the coming future. $3000 will happen sooner but after that the price will continue to increase more higher, If you will keep till that time then you will earn much more as the price will increase and will not dump.

That's exactly why I keep holding and I don't even pay attention to corrections/crashes anymore. I think next year we can easily see a price higher than $10000
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: June 21, 2017, 11:06:52 PM
Yes i just played for 4 hours straight and i made some good profit in the end if you are going to think and always revise your strategies make sure that you are not greedy when you are loosing too much gambling is need patience and don't it to be rush gambling can really be a profitable in a long term of playing.

How about giving some proof about it? If you are only making few dollars then that is not worth the time and risk to play. In the end we are going to lose in the long term so dont even think of trying this again. You might be winning today but there is no guarantee how things will turn out the next time you play for this long

He doesn't need proof, people get lucky all the time but if he keeps going in the long term he has no chance to make a profit.
but to me i think lucky people have the chance to make profit in gambling in long run. i think in some gambling games like sports gambling people have chance to use their skill and experience and therefore if you are expert in sports gambling game then still you also have chance to get profit from gambling in long run, because most of the people are playing gambling for long time and they are still leading good life because of the income they get from gambling.

What do you mean lucky people have a chance to make profit in the long run? For people lucky enough to win in bigtime lotteries perhaps but not those who get lucky in regular casino games. Luck runs out however lucky you think you are. That's the reason why gambling is for short term entertainment and making money. It's not something that you can live your life from because anytime you can go on a losing streak. If you get lucky and you win then good for you but it's never for the long run

There is no such thing as a lucky person before the gamble takes place. You can only say in hindsight he was lucky and as you say its impossible to consistently win in the long run.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why ETHERS Price kept dropping?! on: June 21, 2017, 11:05:00 PM
Is it a correction?   Huh

Where is the bottom?
Dropping price is just a normal things to any coins in this industry, whether eth, xem, or other altcoins.
It maybe one of there systematic way to get more attention for the investors.

Volatility is the unfortunate reality of crypto and no coin is free from it. There are legitimate concerns though about ethereum's ability to handle a large number of transactions.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: June 08, 2017, 07:23:54 AM
Older people scoff but my 14 yo nephew is onto it!  Smiley

I've noticed this trend of really young people putting savings into bitcoin, and due to its anonymous nature there is no one who can tell them not to. This is a complete reversal from my generous which was all about spending every cent rather than saving anything.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: The best time to invest. on: June 08, 2017, 07:22:18 AM
A good investment that starts from now either small or large investment because if we start from now then later we will get used to make an investment where profits in the future will be more felt because we have started slowly from now.
Are you sure bitcoin will rise again its price from today.

See bitcoin future bitcoin has not yet approved by some countries.

People have repeatedly suggested over the last 5 years that maybe bitcoin won't keep rising and every time it proves the doubters wrong. It doesn't need approval for usage and big money is moving in so I think now is a great time to invest.
12  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-05-25] Bitcoin's Price Tumbles More Than $400 From New High on: May 30, 2017, 05:29:56 AM
Is this going to be another story from the past about how bitcoin "died"?  Grin Everyone was talking about the bubble bursting and look how its already gone back up from its low and stabilized.

We will see another ATH very soon.
13  Economy / Speculation / Re: If China opens BTC withdrawals - would that mean a pump or a dump? on: May 30, 2017, 05:27:01 AM
I think people would dump initially but the rise in confidence in bitcoin in China would lead to a rise in prices very fast so the net result would be a pump.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: May 30, 2017, 05:21:34 AM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?

Bitcoins aide temporarily some unemployed person but don't be so hook to it and be dependable since we doesn't know on when bitcoin could last so we should need to find decent job so that it can cather our need if bitcoins will fall or maybe try to build a little business where it can be your 2nd option so that we have another choices if things go bad in bitcoins.
Yes it could be used as a secondary earning option. But my case is entirely different from it.I started my earning in bitcoin one year ago when i was working abroad.but now i have become a full time trader in bitcoin and i have even left my job now.Im earning a little from signature campaign also.It depends upon the concerned person's understanding about bitcoin to whether choose bitcoin as primary or secondary option of earning.

Except in the grand scheme of things a few less unemployed people isn't helping anything. It would be the same as saying stock trading and surfing the web reduces unemployment. Bitcoin is great for us and has allowed us to think outside the box with regards to businesses but I don't think it does much to employment.
15  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I grow my btc? on: May 30, 2017, 05:19:25 AM
The safest method IMO is poloniex btc loans, you can easily grow your btc by around 30-50% with little to no risk. Investing in all other things comes at a great risk and you have to make sure you know what you are doing first.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: May 30, 2017, 05:18:04 AM
Bitcoin is great for hiding funds and u can use mixers to retain anonymity so for now it does lead to corruption I think. In the future however if you pay someone in bitcoin you can demand and see proof of which addresses a business or politician sends funds to provided you know their original address.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: May 30, 2017, 05:14:48 AM
Bitcoin in its current form is not a currency, its an asset. A worldwide asset sure but its not useable for the majority of transactions a currency is normally used for. Until scaling solutions are implemented that will always be the case despite its growing popularity.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: We're reaching $3,000 soon! on: May 30, 2017, 05:09:10 AM
Looks like the price has stabilized and is staying within a narrow band for now, the next pump will definitely put it over 3000 though. I think that will happen in june or july, anything too fast like before will just result in a big crash again.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: May 30, 2017, 05:07:09 AM
I think that people need to start somewhere.  These bitcoin whales just didn't have a pile of bitcoin dropped on their lap.  They started small, and worked their way higher.

Either through price appreciation, or reinvestment of dividends/profits back into their accounts to use the power of compound interest.

Exactly but not only that, you also need to consider that the way to go forward just like in real life is through continuous saving, you might only invest 0.01 btc but you can do this every day or every week or whatever fits your financial capabilities. Eventually you will have a sizeable amount.
20  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is Bitcoins going to die? on: May 30, 2017, 05:05:03 AM
Bitcoin has already died hundreds of times. If that isn't evidence enough that it keeps coming back then I don't know what is. I think this is the most realistic view one could have and the only thing that could change it is if some revolutionary technology comes out that either completely replaces it or makes it easily hackable.
