I have exactly the same problem and I can't sleep in night because of that . I never suppose that we got to fullfill that demands to get our coins. I delivered them informations that know only I and I hope it's enough. I want to believe is only temporary problem, but if something change in your situation please inform here or PM and I will do the same.
