1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Fermi Cards and Mining on: June 20, 2017, 04:29:29 PM
I was given 10 Nvidia Tesla M2075s.  I am not going to try mining bitcoin but I would like to try and mine some altcoin - maybe Sia or something similar.  I am testing against ethereum but only getting 6 - 7MH per card.  I have read a bunch of Genoils stuff and Ethereum forum but can't seem to get anything to increase the hash rate.

Has any one every tried mining with these cards or does anyone know a good setup for these cards?

Thanks

lightfoot,

Thanks so much.  It is working perfectly.  No errors - nothing.

Ok - I don't think that is the version because all I got was an error message saying "This is Gibberish"

Hey lightfoot,

Is this the correct version - bfgminer-4.2.0-win64.zip?

Thanks

Matt

Hi lightfoot,

I have been give 8 BLF Monarchs.  I would like to get them up and running.  Been working with BFG but getting errors.  Can I get a copy of the special 4.2.0 miner?

2017-06-06 09:31:17] BFL 1ct: Failed to find work for queue results: D887,47,0

I think this is similar to the error I read about from the previous posts.

Thanks

Matt

I wasn't thinking of mining bitcoin.  I was think ethereum or zcash or dash.  Was hoping I could atleast break even with one of those.

Hi,

I am trying to setup a rig for mining with some older M2075 GPUs.  I know, I know - they are old but someone gave me 7 of them for free, so I want to make the best use of them.  I have tried setting them up any various ways.  I have tried Genoils setup and variations of it but that is mostly for the GTX series and have had no luck.  I have tried to setup just ubuntu server and follow those direction and got the same results.  I seem to be maxing out at 7 - 9 MH and cannot make it has any faster.

If there is a specific setup that can make these cards hash faster, I would appreciate some assistance.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Matt
