2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum in 5 years on: July 16, 2017, 05:47:58 AM
We dont know what will happen in ethereum after 5 yeats but I hope the price is very high like 2000 dollars plus.
Ethereum coin is my favorite altcoin and for sure if you buy this you can earn a lot of profit.

Seriosuly, if Eth cannot make it in these past couple years, why would it go anywhere in the next 5? I have no idea why this coin has gotten the following that it has, because it has no merit, is going nowhere.

Ethereum blockchain is gaining a lot of traction and adoption rates are quiet promising but maybe this is the main reasons why it is suffering from such a volatility. Majority of the projects built on the ethereum blockchain require ETH to participate in their ICOs and then the project team off-course would need to cash out their ETH to fiat currencies and then traders reacting immediately to the declining rates further declining the rates for ETH and so on, this is sort of a vicious circle. But in the end, I strongly believe ETH will recover from losses and start rising up again. I am watching the prices very closely at the moment, a lot is going on in the cryptocurrency markets right now.

Why can't we delete/ban this account, otherwise a number of users might get scammed.

8  Economy / Scam Accusations / Warning!! wasubii is a scammer - Evidences attached on: May 29, 2017, 12:08:34 PM
What happened:: It really struck me by surprise as to how a relatively senior member would resort to scamming other members for an amount as small as 50 USD. With reference to the thread at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1931799, wasubii contacted me and a Skrill to BTC exchange was agreed where I will be sending him 50 USD in exchange of BTC. He contacted me via private message and communicated his Skrill email ID and I sent the payment as agreed and shared my wallet address to receive the payment in BTC. He was quick at responding beforehand but as soon as the payment was sent via Skrill, he stopped responding to my private messages. To investigate further, i looked up his username on Bitcointalk and landed on a thread started by him where he had mentioned his Skype ID to be joel.g89, you can refer the thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1934844. I added him on my Skype, he responded initially but then refused to be wasubii when I referred to my pending payments and when I referred him to the thread where he has mentioned his Skype ID he initially did not reply and as at time of writing blocked me on Skype. Needless to say it is an outright scam, maybe wasubii is a different person altogether and his account has been hacked since I see that there is a notification in his bitcointalk profile saying his email address has been recently change but this is just a calculated guess and not something I know of, but nevertheless this person has scammed me and I am attaching evidence such that moderators could take necessary actions to ensure that he is unable to scam more members on these forums.

Amount Scammed: 50 USD

Payment Method: Skrill

Proof of Payment: http://imgur.com/UuY3Wab

PM/Chat Logs: http://imgur.com/gdbJPWE

Additional Notes: If further evidence is required then I can allow any reputed member to view the evidences directly on my laptop through remote access via team viewer. Hope his account is banned on an immediate basis and it is very likely that the account has been hacked and he might try to scam other members using profile of that of a senior member.

Hi

I'm looking to exchange Skrill for 0.02084 BTC, you can let me know here or via PM how much Skrill I should be sending you. Since I'm new here I will be sending the payment first.

Since its a small amount I'll be going with the best offer received by tomorrow.
