it could be riser cable, or pcie slot on mobo is damage or even your gpu is damaged
hamster wheel rx470 is the cheapest rx470, they use lower quality component, if you want safe run, you need to run the fans at 100% all the time
Could also be that you're not getting enough power.
You need to test each component. One thing at a time.
Test all your risers
Test one card at a time
Test different PSUs
Normal PC troubleshooting. Start with the most common things, though; riser, psu, single card.
Thanks guys..
I have taken all the cards out and put them back in one by one. I have used a different USB cable between the main board and the cards and different risers.
The issue is the same on all cards - only 3 cards were flashed as ATIflash could only see 3 cards.
The error is: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and the computer goes to the blue screen and restarts
All of the cards have the original BIOS on them now and appeared to work one by one and produced the same hashrate as they did initially.
IRQL is normally memory? I tested the memory I think it's OK - any ideas what I am looking at here? Motherboard???!
I have put the original BIOS on all cards. Reformatted, fresh install, ran DDU, installed the GPU driver, ran claymore on each card individually and they all go to black screen / blue screen in a few minutes after mining commences.
Please guys any ideas or help much appreciated x
