Role description:
The support role requires a working knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. The core technical skills :
Handle enquiries regarding status of blockchain transactions using APIs such as Etherscan, Blockcypher etc.
To be able to run scripts to transfer and distribute tokens, this requires knowledge of
Linux shell commands
Ability to follow scripts/commands written in Ethereum Javascript library (Web3.js)
Execute Geth commands on Ethereum node.
Run database queries on relational databases (good knowledge of MySQL language is a prerequisite)
Working knowledge of smart contact languages such as Solidity will be a definite advantage. Understanding of Docker will be useful and nice to have.
