The first idea is to make a webshop where a customer can make an account and make a purchase, after this purchase (we the shopowners) should be notified so we can engage into a conversation with the customer through messaging to discuss the payment details.
So Bitcoin integration is not yet included. This will be done as mentioned above through personal contact with the customer.
What is not acceptable:

1) Anything that compromises the security of the server
2) Anything that requires the client to run extra modules / enable extra features.
3) Anything that is too difficult to maintain for someone with reasonable experience.
4) Anything that doesn't already look perfect in default torbrowser.

a MySQL DB is fine. But the DB may be less than 100% reliable, so the site should be able to continue as much as possible without it. Catalog pages can all be pre-generated static HTML and the DB only really needs to be queried for per-user activities like topup/purchasing/messaging.

- PHP & Python are both fine tools to use.

To sum it up in simple words. The site needs to be secure, easy to edit and should work without any problem in a standard tor browser.
