I am having the same problem in Electrum, it's extremely frustrating.  I have a "Low Fee" error message as I was not aware that I should have enabled PRBF, and now have no option to increase the fee.

I went to the Transaction accelerator thingy at https://www.viabtc.com/ but I can never get through, even when I time myself perfectly at the start of the hour.

I tried sending more BTC to myself with high fees hoping to make my first transaction become unstuck, but all I am getting in my later transactions are "Unconfirmed Parent".

I am trying to actually trying to purchase something via Bitcoin in Selly, and I fear that the product will no longer be available if/when the transaction becomes confirmed.
