1  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: CoinTerra announces its first ASIC - Hash-Rate greater than 500 GH/s on: October 22, 2013, 11:22:25 PM
I've called CoinTerra customer support a few times now. First couple times I actually got a live human being on the phone. His name was John and was quite helpful in converting my Dec order into 2x Jan orders and refunding the difference back to me. A week later I called and left a VM. Surprisingly, I actually got a call back the same day!

I'm so used to getting terrible customer service from ASIC companies. It is quite refreshing to find good customer service for once! Of course I'll feel better once the miners get delivered, but good communication goes a long way in my book. Kudos to John from customer service!
2  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: ASICMiner USB group buy- orders closed, pay for extra! on: September 05, 2013, 09:31:02 PM
What's the word?

Phone ate my first reply...

In short they didn't call me back as promised, so i called them. Should be fine now. Overnights should arrive tomorrow, the rest after. I've been dealing with this whole at my day job (unoffcial as it may be) which means the receipt worth the tracking is at the apartment i'm staying at, with my pc. I'll get them to you guys tonight, though it might be late. I won't be back there till after 10 my time.

Any refund requests, please pm me to discuss. Though be aware, my btc is... Well, low, since I'm living of it as it comes in right now. So it might take me time to sort out any refunds.

Regarding any further deals with me and these miners, coupon or other wise: hell no. I'm obviously horrible at mailing anything. I'll be happy to organize something if need be, but the fulfillment will likely be done by Canaryinthemine or the like.

Well regardless of the hiccups, you've been very honest and upfront imo. I appreciate all the updates, both good and bad. You've communicated better than most of these big ASIC players!

For right now, it is only the Santa Ana one. Chris only. (At least until he can train the other girls to accept Bitcoin)

After much pestering, I finally convinced my friend to accept bitcoin at his salon.

If you're in the OC/LA area, make an appointment with Chris Hall and help promote the use of bitcoin!

Here is a link to his salon. http://splitends.com/

Will this order be the first batch to go through, or was there a group buy that already went 300+ before us ?

Idk but its starting to look like by the time we get these units difficulty will be between 13 and 15 million. Good bye roi. Sad
How upsetting..

Thanks Arklan. You and John have been doing a great job with communication and we all appreciate the work.

My vote is for faster shipping over testing as well.

I love the low transaction fees and the idea of sticking it to the credit card companies. Love the ability to funds around the world and the relative anonymity.

The timer doesn't seem to work that well. I know I've been logged in for way more than 2hrs and 57min!
20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Whitelist Requests (Want out of here?) on: May 09, 2013, 10:59:08 PM
I'd like to get whitelisted please. There is a group buy thread going on for the ASIC Erupter USB that I'd like to participate in. There is a limited time when they are accepting payments, so it's a little time sensitive.

Thanks!
