decentrex open source beta project was closed with no further support because of very low volume and very low users attention compared with its “mother” etherdelta (decentrex was a fork of etherdelta like many other etherdelta forks you can find on github) and due to high Ethereum network fees and the fact that Ethereum network is unstable. You can use old smartcontract ABI to withdraw all your tokens any time:

You can access smart contract functions like check balance, withdraw, withdrawToken.
Pick “withdraw” contract function to withdraw ETH or pick “withdrawToken” to withdraw any token.
Specify the amount in wei - 1 ETH = 1000000000000000000 wei, for tokens specify the token smart contract address and token amount.
Select your Ethereum account private keys and click the “WRITE” button to perform smart contract function. You can adjust gas price before performing any smart contract function.
All other etherdelta instructions should work too.
