Yes, it did. They said that the system couldn't automatically match the deposit, because my name was a bit different on SEPA form compared to that on my bitstamp profile.

Dear Bitcoin community,

on May 23th I deposited some money through SEPA to Bitstamp exchange, but after seven days it's still not credited to my account. On their FAQ site, they're saying that it takes 1-3 days for them to process this, so there must be some issue somewhere.

I already created a support ticket, attached proof of transfer, but I don't get any answer. I also called them, but I get only automated message.

I'm really worried and don't know what to do.

Is there any person from Bitstamp exchange active here? Can anyone please help?
