Finally i took my coins back.
After about 3 weeks, withdrawal is complete. But its too late, i lost money because of parity

They turned to SCAM, it was a good exchange site before but now they are not giving the coins back.

3 weeks passed, no support, no money... POLONIEX IS SCAM

Poloniex are holding my coins for 2 weeks with "Awaiting approval" status. They are decided to disable troll box (censored actually) which was full with the same cases and support is not answering to open tickets at all. This is not only affecting BTC withdrawals, but also other coins, like ZEC in my case.
Are they going to die like Mt Gox or Cryptsy? In this scenario we will get a huge crypto market crash. Poloniex is trying to keep quiet about their problems. Looks like they are hacked and lost customer's coins.
My, 3 weeks. Im still waiting Awaiting Approval. Transaction didn't start. I think they turned to SCAM Did you send them a support ticket? As far as I know they are roughly 4 weeks behind on manual approvals and ticket responses. Ofcourse but there is no support. everything is lie. i have 8 tickets, they are awaiting... they stole the coins. hundreds of people like me |

Hi everyone;
I was trading and making exchanges on Poloniex. I made some deposits and withdrawals before. But many of people and i can't withdrawal at these days. Support is not working, they are not responding the tickets. I'm trying to withdraw just 0.3445 BTC but they are not giving it back. Order status is always "Awaiting Approval".
Then, i made a small research on the net and i saw hundreds of people have the same problem. Youtube, Twitter, forums are full of people who have same problem.
It passed 3 weeks and i couldn't take my coins back. 
I would reccomend to not deposit big money to Poloniex.  EDIT: After about 3 weeks, withdrawal is complete. But its too late, i lost money because of parity.

I can't withdrawal for weeks, they are not giving my money back. I made withdrawal several times before but now i can't.
Now, they closed the ChatBox because everyone started to write there "you are scam give my money". SUPPORT NEVER WORKS
I think they turned to SCAM.

You can follow from the Chatbox on poloniex or you can search on twitter "poloniex withdrawal" or "poloniex deposit", there are hundreds of people coins missing.
There is no any support, they are not giving our coins back for the weeks. I don't care about their technical problems, i don't believe that. Coins prices become too high and poloniex doesn't want to give people their coins now.
There can't be an unsolvable technical problem FOR WEEKS i think, i made withdrawals before but now THEY TURNED TO SCAM

I made many withdrawals sometime ago, but these days many of people and i can not withdraw money. We are waiting for weeks, support is not working. There are hundreds of people write chatbox about this issue but moderators are banning them.
If Poloniex is not SCAM, why they dont give people's money ?
Support is not solving the tickets. Moderators always say to users "please be patient".
GIVE MY COINS BACK POLONIEX
That seems like the standard practice for their support crew. If I remember correctly there is already a class action going on against poloniex. It's definitely not a good idea if you are a trader to start using them now or expect your coins to be scammed.. Think Mt Gox and crypts, both were the number one crypto or altcoins exchange that everyone thought was going to never fail. Poloniex is in an extremely similar situation. So where are my coins ? why its Awaiting Approval for too many days ? They are my coins and i just want to get them back. There are hundreds of people can't withdrawal their money. Not only me. Search on twitter "poloniex withdrawal" or read the messages on chatbox on POLO. If me and others not scammed, so where are our coins ?? I wish I'm wrong... |
