1  Local / India / Re: Coinsecure refund process! on: July 22, 2018, 05:46:37 AM
I received a mail this morning from coin secure informing that they have started the refund process. But to claim refund they are asking for my ITR return along with KYC documents. Now I don't file ITR. How would I claim my money?

UPDATE- Got my money back. Thanks everyone for helping. Cheesy

What you said is the perfect answer. Their is not such rights to show the ITR , they can only ask the KYC document and not more then that . If they are asking ITR then it is crystal clear that they are starting to scam the users with their funds. I opened the account in coinsecure and even gave them KYC document and still more then 18 months they have not even cleared by KYC document. They are really scam exchange and not more then that. Very soon they are going to run away with the users amount.

You are lucky that they didn't cleared your KYC Wink. Well after the last reply from their cc they never got back to me again nor they updated anything on their website about the procedure for people who do not file ITR. I mailed them again and they sent me the form which I had to sign and mail them with other things to get my money back from them.

They are not replying on their fb or twitter account. What should I do?
8  Local / India / Re: Convert Bitcoins to Eth on: July 03, 2017, 04:29:32 PM
Since there are many opinions, i will break this down for you,Poloniex , bittrex ,kraken etc are exchanges and you have to spend transaction charges sending the coins to and fro while shapeshift and changelly will convert your coins pretty fast without any hurdle and you will get the coins at the exact market rate and you could save money doing so.

So shapeshift or changeably will not charge me transferring btc? I had transferred btc to poloniex and it deducted some amt of btc and it charged me again when I exchanged them for eth.

Hi guys, I want to start investing in eth but I am confused whether to buy eth or convert btc to eth. There is only one eth marketplace in India. And also I don't want to submit my kyc on every website. Therefore I am considering converting. Which converting service is good shapeshift, chaangelly, poloniex ?

This happens a lot in BTC. Once you miss a price prediction, consider yourself stuck for while atleast.
Especially if your prediction was towards the higher side of a peak rise.

Holding is one option.
Another option is to keep buying more each time the price drops to bring down your total average price.
So,

1 BTC @ 10K INR
1 BTC @ 8K INR

Will immediately drop ur average from 10K INR to 9K INR

Once your average drops below the current price, you sell and profit.

Thanks for your advice.
