@claymore no 6.0 linux release ?  per claymore in this post a few pages back, 2-3 days i think please look back 5 pages i will await my unbuntu desktop x64 15.10 with the 15.12 amd drivers. mayhaps i need to update drivers for linux but thats my problem. v6.0:

To all requests: I will check them a bit later, don't want to postpone new version again and again.
Within 24 hours I will release v6.0 with nvidia support, temp/fan management for amd 4xx cards and "-ttli" option to reduce overall mining intensity when GPU is overheated.

At first I thought if electricity is free then it's %100 chance of profit but then I see this message. If you have mining equipment in Venezuela and you try to sell I think it's not that profitable to mine at all. Selling equipment make you more profit. I think if OP is serious about that he should try with smaller equipment first and see the income as notlist3d said. My situation is different. I been doing this for a couple of years now. I have multiple sites spread over the capital city in order to avoid reducing the risk of having all the eggs on the same basket. The nice thing about operating in this area is that the government always tries to avoid programmed electricity cuts on Caracas. I'm at the point where I spend a lot of time managing and maintaining sites. I sell my older miners to buy new ones just to get more hash rate per location. Most people would think that I should hire technicians to keen up with all the grow, but it would just elevate my risk of getting robbed or kidnapped. |

I have 50 of the 18 pins cables custom made in stock, and also some 16 pins ones for early S5s. 12" long, they were like 1$ each. if I remember correctly. There are/were for the S5 watercooled case, and some other projects, but it seems that they can serve other purposes. Edit on availability and pictures   Anyone has the Digi-Key Part Number of the cable connectors? I´ve been looking like crazy on this section without luck: http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en/connectors-interconnectsI would love to build these cables myself.  |
