To monitor something, as watching speed, status, temperature, there is an awesome interface in SMOS.
I think that you are talking about "reporting" and not "monitoring"?

I'm using SMOS for quite a bit time, and pretty happy about it.

Last 5 months I have not touched anything and today I have checked status and I see that one GPU is not listed, I can't see for how long it is offline at the pool or at SMOS.

There is probably something dead or needs to be checked, but since rig is far away from me I will do it later.

My question is: Will there be an option to send report by mail about offline rigs or changes in configurations?

They do have support active, but they are receiving atlest 1 ticket every 30 seconds or less. I have lost some money there too, but as I wrote them a ticket I have recieved answer in 13 minutes.

Have you send it to another site/exchange or a desktop wallet? If it is another site and you have not yet received it please contact their help desk and inform the transaction id.

If you sent this withdrawal to your desktop wallet and the coins have not yet credited to your wallet balance, please close the wallet, perform a backup of the wallet files and then re sync the block data.

My answer was in next couple of minutes telling them that I have sent it from my Poloniex to friend's Poloniex account, and they stopped answering afterwards.

I have mined 1 ETC to my address and it passed, everything was ok.
After that ETC i have mined 1 ETH and it's stuck.

Earlier I was thinking that it can't happen to me, every transaction I read couple of times before sendig it, everything was ok last 2 years... It will not happen to me... Yeah right!
Keep your money away from Poloniex

My incoming transactions of 8.2 ETC and 1 ETH is stuck, ETC is waiting for 25 days now, with 149k confirmations.

I strongly advise everyone to keep away from them.

All transactions are visible on gastracker.io but balance is 0

I have opened several tickets, once I wrote them that I have problems with witdrawing and I got answer, telling me that I need to contact other exchange where I have deposited coins, but after I told them that it was all on Poloniex they just ignored me.

Keep away from Poloniex exchange!
