On the far bottom right section where the green graph is it reads:

I believe that current bonus should be corrected to avoid confusion

I believe they move the money to other main Wallet.
in my case, the ETH I sent was moved to another big wallet so the balance of my personal wallet was 0 because they converted them to tokens and move the money to theirs account.
one of this accounts I am referring to has a balance of 5,202 ETH

Oh, my SUR Main balance do has amount, so it seems the system bougth the SUR for me!
I went to sleep when it didn't worked at the first hour and now the SUR balance is already there, strange but thanks!

My money is not showing on the Dashboard.
I can see the transactions on "last transactions" sections they are in "complete deposit" status
But my "balance" show 0, even when the buy SUR button is enabled but the available balance is 0

Does this is happening to anyone?
Where can I get support?
