what really ends a good project is the holders
they dump the coin to get profit and move on, I don't think its the exchange fault

free altcoins can be earn in  ways
1. join signature campaign which needs a bitcointalk account
2. join airdrops it gives free coins
and some are like if you create an account on some exchanges they will give free altcoins
which can be claim if you enter a specific value of bitcoin

what do you mean safe? I'm sure you have an exchange account buy coins there then
store it in your local wallet that's it your done

well the coin is not down really why? coins is still profitable
coins way back 2009 is like 0.0001 or just a no value, its just your too late
many people regret it because literally the coins has no value during the time that they are giving it away
people really ignores it , now everyone says its my fault I don't take any of those, the market is still healthy
its just your too late really

its just a waiting game, you need to wait for to right time
many people can't handle the heat and moment, also take this time
to accumulate lots of promising coins that has chance to grow in the future
this the time to get coins not crying always remember its better to have few coins in your
wallet than to have nothing and regret it

In my opinion bitcoin will hit 4k usd, but will take a bit long maybe a year or 2
