I was running Win 10 nVidia rigs perfectly fine with 15.0.0

I changed to 15.1.0, and as soon as I start the miner I get an AMDCL error with some atidxx.dll or something file. It sounds like the miner is trying to start on AMD mode automatically?

Or I could just go for a full 1080 Ti rig

Anyone have a best setting for a SAPPHIRE Tri-X Radeon R9 390X 8G D5 and Dual ETH + PASC mining setup?

I keep pressing + a - and cant find the sweet spot

5 x RX 580 8GB 256bit 300 h/s on Claymore ZCash 1,500 h/s (1.200W running total) (USD 1.750)
1 x R9 390x 8GB 512bit 400 h/s on Claymore ZCash 400 h/s (1.510W running total) (USD 0.0)
1 x EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 T2 80+ TITANIUM (USD 410.00)

1- Any recommendations on what MB/Processor/RAM setup to use for 2nd rig?
2- What about PCI Risers? Which should I use?
3- Can I just plug all this into a wall outlet? Do I need to have any special considerations? Do I need to ask for any special permit in the USA to start mining at this level?

Trying to start a small scale mining operation.

Currently have:
Gaming 3 Z170 Gigabyte
i7 6700k
16GB DDR4 3Ghz
Sapphire 390x running @ 400h/s with Claymore Equihash for ZCash mining
Corsair 750W 80+ Bronze

I will be removing all this from inside my desktop and installing it on a "mining rack" (aka: kitchen shelf) and upscaling the whole thing to start doing some more serious mining

Questions:
1- Should I go for Vega once it releases? What's the release date?
2- Is AMD ZCash mining the highest ROI today?
3- Will I be able to stick 5 Vegas and 1 390x on the Z170 with the F20 BIOS update?
4- Never modded any GPU BIOS, is it worth the risk? What efficiency change are we talking about?
