I have 771 in amazon gift certificate USD.  It is attached to my account unfortunately.  So here's the only way I think I can do this.

I call them.  They say, ok we will get an account specialist to call you.  I have done this several times and no account specialist has ever called me.  there is 771 on there but it's been sitting there for years anyway so yeah... Also the account is still under your email so that adds extra hassle.

So here is the deal.  Over the years I have been getting gift card after gift card for Amazon which I never use.  I have over $700 on my Amazon balance.  yes that is the problem, the money is on my balance and not in the form of a gift card.
