1  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 2017 Bitcoin Debit Card Reviews on: June 17, 2017, 06:39:15 PM
hi
this is the end of european debit prepaid cards  , ive received email from wirex:

Important Note About Card Limits

Hi ,

Due to a change in European Union Regulation 648/2012, known as the 4th Money Laundering Directive, your unverified Wirex account will have the following limits as of 26th June:
Total card balance for all of your cards combined can not exceed 250 (GBP, EUR, or USD) at any time
Cards can not be used to withdraw or pay more than 100 at any one time
To avoid these limits, please verify your account before the cut-off date of June 26th. Verification can take 7-10 days. Please see the verification guidelines here.

Unverified accounts with total card balance over 250 £ / € / $ will have to be suspended until verification is complete.

If your total card balance is below 250 by June 26th, you do not need to verify your account. However, you will need to ensure that your total card balance (for all cards combined) does not exceed 250 at any time to avoid account suspension. If this happens, we will need additional documents to unfreeze the account. We do not want your card usage to be interrupted so please be mindful of this new limit for unverified accounts.

This new regulation applies to all crypto-currency and non-crypto-currency cards provided by all EU companies.

Verification only takes a few minutes. Those guidelines again are available here.

If you have any questions about this update please contact us via the support page.

so 250$ card limits and one card only for one person without verification !

tell us your transaction ID or if you don't like publishing that in public, then look at how much fee per byte you are paying.
also make sure that you are looking at those number in btc not mbtc or ubtc!

if you are paying 0.001BTC fee in total and getting the too low fee in ViaBtc then it means your transaction size was huge in bytes.
well i was outside when i back i see this transaction is confirmed https://blockchain.info/tx/4978e8e593f0de572f03342680fc696d5d106f34f71db1c2a5bead754ad295f2 and the time showing it was accepted after 2 hours
but while i paying electrum have showing me low fee
this was 100 satoshi per b or kb
