1  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Can anybody direct me to tutorial on tumbling? on: January 11, 2018, 06:21:45 PM
I may be biased (as you can see) but in my opinion, the best tumbler (mixer) to use right now is Chipmixer. You just need to read the FAQ, it's self-explanatory and quite simple.

If you've already used one as you seem to indicate, then it should be no problem to you. The unique feature with Chipmixer is that it uses "chips" - pre-funded with Bitcoin, so even from the start there's no link to your deposit. There are other options you can do with these chips (merge, split, donate or even bet!) - all off-chain to increase the element of randomness for your privacy. You just use the private keys with each chip any time you want them.

Fees are as low as you want - it uses a donation feature. That's as cheap as it gets with tumblers!

You can PM me or ask in the thread if you need more assistance: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1935098

Agreed and I think BitMixer would not have survived with the high miners fees they had. I also like the way Chipmixer is

doing it, because it will be much cheaper. My problem with most mixers were the "trust" issue, but Chipmixer managed to

find a way to reduce that, which is nice.  Cheesy

Have anyone tried this? --> https://www.cryptocompare.com/coins/guides/how-to-use-a-bitcoin-mixer/
So...Chipmixer is legit??

Seems like some shilling goin on here lol

TOTAL SUPPLY
81.862M  Cheesy

With each purchase through smart contract , new bnt will be created (bnt is unlimited) . Hence the supply increase , and this increase the value too

Won't this constantly dilute the value of existing tokens? Why should anyone hold then?
Having a problem grasping this too.

If they are constantly upping the supply the price will just remain stagnant..at least according to the laws of supply and demand

Aragons team is the most solid I've seen in crypto
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 20, 2017, 12:49:02 PM
When can we convert bounty token earned to bancor? I think this date is 30 June is right?
I think no. It will be awailable after team will finish works with their app, wich will convert all bounty tokens to BNT. Team told in blog, that it will be finished at the end of this week.

This is correct still no date announced about this conversion still they are busy to make this network more stable and secure before make this token moveable. After finish of this thing than they will announce the plan how to convert the bounty tokens into BNT.
So when the tokens get tradable the app will be released same time?

Most ICOs are a decent time until you get the fully functioning product..no?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [ANS] Antshares breakout discussion on: June 18, 2017, 11:21:33 PM
Antshares is going insane.

It's supposed to be China's answer to Ethereum.

It is 100% certain that there will be a coin that dominate China because China loves to have their own version of things (Uber, Amazon, Twitch, etc).

Is this the one?

If this is China's coin, then we will see 10+ billion market cap by year end (50x gains).

Don't miss the train!

Antshare is on bubble. Sell now if you buy in cheap price. You will just disappointed at the end. I follow antshare for over a year and I found out that many lapses on their system especially the antchain. I'm wondering what is the cause of bubbling.
obviously fud attempt to keep the price down to accumulate more
I love when people say this.

Like one post on a forum will actually help pressure a price one way or another

LOL
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Basic Attention Token [BAT], scam or not? on: June 18, 2017, 10:57:31 PM
Great concept, extremely hard to pull off and convert people/advertisers to use it.

Up to the investor to personally decide if the risk is worth it.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BAT - Basic Attention Token ICO (31-5-17)- Worth Investing? on: June 16, 2017, 12:24:42 AM
So is BAT still a good token to buy in for mid-term investment or should I wait more until the market cap lowers enough, and invest in promising ICO's until then?
Pretty hard support at .16 cents

I'd still wait. I saw a post on this forum tho that said they have roadmap and news coming out however
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Coin for making loans on: June 15, 2017, 07:58:59 AM
It's a cool idea. But yea to enforce that people always get their money back is a little far fetched...

Especially in the crypto space. Deregulation, decentralized...hard to track who loaned what and how do you enforce someone to pay back? There's no such thing as a crypto credit rating
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The greed of ICOs on: June 15, 2017, 03:12:02 AM
Well said, won't last forever. People need to realize they should only invest in products that are innovative.  Many aim to accomplish the same thing in a different way.
Lol.

This thread is valid but that is innovation my friend..lol

New ways to solve things that are better/quicker is quite possibly the definition of innovation lol
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 15, 2017, 12:59:57 AM
It is down to 19 from 100. What is with that?

What hitbtc? Idk why ppl use this shitty exchanges as indicator, they not even trading real bnt.
You guys basiccally trading their own iou bnt token. The volume so low.
And being manipulated by the exchanges, so sad whoever that holding the bag buying a premium price .lol

Hello, Do you have any BNT you are looking to sell?

I'll sell you at 5x ICO price. So $20 per BNT.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 14, 2017, 12:18:45 PM
Can any of you guys thinknfor yourselves?

The price won't open anything close to $80, at all.

Hitbtc manipulates their pricing and makes massive returns through IOUs, if any idiots are dumb enough to buy them..

Honestly, what ico goes from $4 --> $80 like that.. think people, you all have very functional brains
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 13, 2017, 01:31:23 AM
So this is probably a dumb question, but how does one send Bancor to another wallet? I'm new to ETH.

Edit: Nevermind I think I figured it out!

It's locked for 7 days, you cannot send Bancor to another address during this period.
So if funds are locked the price is guaranteed to raise? Unless I'm missing something

Are you sure that's the way it's set up
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 12, 2017, 02:02:36 PM
Trans pending
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 12, 2017, 01:23:12 PM
So people investing on this are going to make a lot of money or are they going to lose a lot of money? Everybody keeps saying completely different things.  Huh

I guess that if this was a bad investment, nobody would invest on it and then the Bancor guys would never reach the cap? I don't understand how many of you keep saying that the Bancor guys are going to get tons of money and at the same time this is a bad investment, who would invest millions of dollars in something that will not deliver any benefits?

When there is possibility of high returns people are willing to be risky.

The funny part about cryptos and most people on these boards is I don't think they have ever been educated on simple economics or finance. Whether in the legitimate stock market or in global markets. Most people just don't understand how this works lol.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 12, 2017, 01:15:02 PM
This is like gambling baby let's get this money bancor

Don't fucking scam me and everyone else though. Please.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What should I include my portfolio to hold for 5years? on: June 11, 2017, 11:23:20 PM
I'd say some golem.

Some Aragon..

Even though I don't know much about it, I'd definitely say some STRATIS.

Then just hold some ETH.

Altogether tho, you have to be flexible. If some news come out that a company is crash and burning you gotta know when it's time to let go. Or time to buy more!
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 11, 2017, 10:59:53 PM
Deciding how much money to put into this has been really hard...

I love the concept, think it will be a great success. But I'm wondering if it's worth buying before ICO. Or waiting until after.

At this point the token price will be around $3.50 USD per BNT. If I'm correct(?)

Big price movements tend to be cooled off at that price
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: June 11, 2017, 07:49:28 PM
if please can answer just a couple questions:

1. Is there a chance that my send in the 1st hour could not get through? Everyone talking about higher gas taxes? so should I send from ether wallet so I can put in higher gas tax? is there a cap?
2. What determines circulating supply of coin?

yes I am reading through this thread and trying to understand, any help greatly appreciated

RT.

Would also like to know what to do about gas
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mysterium VPN - what do you think? on: June 11, 2017, 01:12:19 PM
another insta ico scam
avoid it.

the real distribution would be so narrow it will be a minefield for years if it ever even lasts that long

Explain in detail why it's a scam.

You can't just say something that negative and then in one sentence prove it.
