1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀[ANN] LIBERTALIA 🔥New level of discovering the World🔥 on: October 02, 2018, 12:23:27 PM
As a fan of pirates, this Libertalia project looks really interesting. I like the approach of it.
How long before we get whitepaper and access to more info? Is this a ICO or a coin itself?

Thanks
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Private-sale] |DUSK Network| Fast, Anonymous, Secure Transmission of Data! on: October 01, 2018, 07:57:34 PM
Definetely, if this projects get to release it can be an interesting point of view on privacy and anonimicity. For the first time one of this projects is released with public team, but still need to be seen how it goes, I don't like ETH tokens at all.
Some interesting points are on their whitepaper, but at the same time im not sure it can be implemented as they want on a ETH blockchain layer.

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] W GREEN PAY - FIRST KOREAN GOVERMENT-BACKED PROJECT on: October 01, 2018, 07:54:29 PM
There was one day where the advantage of crypto was that there was no goverment neither bank in it...

5  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $6000 to $7000 the stable price for bitcoin? on: September 27, 2018, 02:28:53 PM
Even if this price can be stable for a little while, I don't think it will last for long, either up or down I'm not sure. What will be more interesting is when all btc is actually mined, and then we will see how the deflation really works and if it can fits with the actual system.
6  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Looking for an analyzer tool for blockchain on: September 21, 2018, 03:20:16 PM
I don't really see where you get all this assumptions from, if you check when he start to trace the payments, there is no payment made ad once, neither liquidating it an once.
When you say creditors, are you talking about the "thiefs"?

7  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Looking for an analyzer tool for blockchain on: September 21, 2018, 10:57:57 AM

@srsandokan... Nilsson's analysis? Surprised anyone thought that would translate into reality. Telling you, no one if any of those creditors would liquidate at 33% of ATH Wink

Sorry didn't understand, you mean this analysis is not accurate or real?
8  Other / Politics & Society / Cypherphunk vs anarcocapitalist on: September 21, 2018, 09:48:38 AM
Hi All,

Just want to throw some lines and debate about the way that have bitcoin taken from the BIP001 released by Amir, until the actual BIP0322.
When did the cyberphunks and cryptoanarchist lost the control of BTC and derivated to an anarcocapitalist asset? Was this the intention from begining?
There is clearly a difference on what people understand as anarchy or "libertarian". I feel as if some people are more into private property, bussiness freedom and free market, while others are more into property by usability, unite against private market opression, etc.

P.D: Excuse my bad english

Most of the questions you want to solve you can check it either on the same source code of each altcoin, either using their cli software.
For larger blockchain explorations, is hard to find it for altcoins, as BTC is the most developed one.

One really interesting video about tracing funds and blockchain analisis is the conference by Kim Nilsson at the 2017 Breaking Bitcoin Meetup about MTGox funds.

10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: LIKE IT OR NOT, BITCOIN IS AN INVESTMENT on: September 21, 2018, 09:28:34 AM
then US dollar is also an investment.

i'll tell you why. where i live the value of local currency is dropping so there are many who are now buying USD to stay ahead of the inflation that is going on. in fact they are investing in USD. and what they are doing matches the description you posted here, they will sell it in the future to get a huge profit.

but it doesn't make USD an investment. US dollar is still a currency no matter what you do with it.
the same thing is true about bitcoin. bitcoin is a currency by nature even if majority are using it as an investment.

Look like there is some people with common sense still. While some people use btc as an asset investment, some people give the real value to it USING it.

With that market cap, and still consider SN a visionless?
12  Other / Off-topic / Re: crypto in the present moment? on: September 21, 2018, 09:21:45 AM
I think we all talking about markets & assets while we should talk about usability.
Main problem is all the growth from "investors" and "traders" did not bring a real usability on the sphere.
People using crypto to pay for services are all people who bought before may / june 2017, too much people afraid of using btc if they bought it too high. Usability will come from those who buy now without expecting a super-big-growth-by-holding.

Been following the project for a while, as it was coming from Komodo I felt like it could be a good project... Sadly all these days with the cryptos so low make some devs abandon their projects.
I still give an oportunitiy to MGN, even if I'm not a PoS supporter, but let's see how it develops.
