But whilst in terminal I was also given two error messages. Maybe though these are unimportant, although if that is so then why would the information be flagged?

Copying the text from the Electrum website download page I just get a slew of error messages.

I upgraded pip as the computer requested and then a new problem arose, this being that something called setuptools is needed, whatever they are.

Is there an easier way - that also avoids Windows pc's?

Below should be a screenshot - my computer name has been removed, for security.
