Ok so I have 2 x gtx 970s and 2 x gtx 1060s. Windows 10 how can I possibly run all four at the same time? They use two different video drivers?
I'm a newb but to my knowledge you can't. I started with a 970 and got it hashing 19 MH/s but was unable to use it and the 1070s I started buying. I only have 10xx series cards in my windows machine now. My Linux rig runs 1070s, 1060s and 1 970s all without any trouble however I cannot figure out how to overclock the 970 in Linux so its running around 18.5 MH/s. But at least its running and I can control the fan speed. The 10xx series cards all overclock via server-x settings without any problem What are you using to overclock 10xx cards in Linux and what hash rate are you getting with that? Are you putting things in xorg.conf that you can share or are you changing in the GUI nvidia-settings? I changed in the GUI, but it didn't have any effect. Or are you executing on the command line? Hi I also have 2X1070 8GB and 1X 970 in my Rig. the 2 1070 makes 29MH/s while the 970 only makes 2.3MH/s Is there any solution? Windows 10 64bit, latest Nvidia driver. Claymore's 9.6 Thank You i think you need to use one of the older cuda folders for the 970, try the 7.5 or 6.5 folders

23.5 eth 230 - 240 dcr gtx 1060 asus oc 6gb

Thank you and also great config running them at 30.5mhs with those fan speed. But I am curious about the temps you are getting off of them.
Open air gets to about 70C with fans at 50 to 60% With a closed case the airflow works better n temps are about 40 to 50C Case fans do the work

Having some issues dual mining and was hoping someone could help me out here. I have a GTX 970 using drivers 347.88 on Win 10. Overclocked just mining ethereum I am getting almost 19Mh/s. When I try to dual mine ethereum and siacoin my ethereum hash rate drops in half. Dual mining I only get about 9 Mh/s for ethereum and about 95 Mh/s for siacoin. Im using this string in my bat file setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool us1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal address.worker -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://sia-us-east1.nanopool.org:7777 -dwal address.worker -dcoin sc Any help or suggestions are appreciated. lower the intensity by hitting "-" while the miner is running until ether hashrate is back at 19mhs then run the extra command so say the intensity works at 17 use the following in bat use "-dcri 17"

hello, Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v9.5 bug, not connet servers ethermine pool
Bug is somewhere else Please open ethermine.org in browser and read "How to Connect" help section, there is no "-esm 2" option there... Anyone having issues when the miner reboots due to a GPU having an open cl issue? From time to time this happens and when the miner is restarted automatically its stuck at doing dags or something and never gets mining again.. I have noticed when I kill the actual window in windows and click the bat file again it works. @Claymore is their a way for it to completely kill the window and wait a few secs before launching again. I believe on some hangs this would help out.
1. Often when OpenCL fails, you have to reboot the system, not just restart miner. Sometimes even soft reboot won't work and you have to press Reset button. It is because the fail is at drivers level, Windows does not like such things and drivers too. 2. Miner cannot kill itself, then wait a few seconds and start itself again. Because it needs to be running to start anything. But you can create some .BAT file for it, for example, you can wait and start miner again in reboot.bat if you use "-r 1" option. Say if one of your GPU's doesn't fully crap itself but starts hashing at a quarter of what it was before. Is there a setting to be able to make "-r 1" to kick in at that stage?

Try updating to the newest drivers. They work fine.
Thanks for getting back to me...I have tried that already I'm afraid....any other suggestions? go into task manager and close any processes running that you don't need at the time. I had the same issue (not with a laptop) where 2 of my 7 cards were giving this problem. After increasing the virtual memory to 18gb and also closing anything that i didn't need this sorted it.

Hi, I am about to place an order for some GPU's but wanted to know which one of these is better? Asus DUAL-RX580-O8G 244.62$ USD MSI RX 580 GAMING X 8G 267.70$ USD
I read that the msi run cooler but i never had a msi so i cant vouch for them but i had some asus and those are okay. If this matters, I would prefer a card that runs colder and can be tuned for the lowest power consumption.
Thanks
See reviews for 580x GPU's herei just received 20 x rx580 MSI brand and they are hashing at 30.5mhs with the fans only getting up to 10 to 20% still need a bit more tweaking as i wanna turn the voltage down more

If anyone mining sia, could you please tell if Bittrex deposits work OK? At this time Polo deposits are disabled and it is becoming a permanent action rather than temp, so I would like to exchange sia to btc as soon as possible.
i signed up to btx to see and they were also disabled at the time

im getting weird results atm
when i use the following config (stock one that comes with the miner: EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool us1.ethpool.org:3333 -ewal 0xD69af2A796A737A103F12d2f0BCC563a13900E6F -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://dcr.suprnova.cc:3252 -dwal Redhex.my -dpsw x
i get 29mhs on all cards with eth n proper mhs with dec (cant remember what it was from my head)
when i use the following config: setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 EthDcrMiner64.exe -dcoin sc -allpools 1 -epool My Pool -ewal My wallet -epsw x -dpool siapool -dwal siawallet
the hash rate drops to 23mhs and as does the sia hashrate and im confused as to why
if i mine eth alone hashrate is good, even when i try my own dec wallet it does the same thing? am i missing something??
