Well, the bitcoincharts is kept up by the Tibanne Ltd., which owns the Mt. Gox. During the last couple of weeks the Bitstamp has became a true competitor to the Gox, so I guess this is the reason why Bitstamp is dumped from the bitcoincharts. Which is annoying to me, and I am actively looking for an alternative for such a great service as bitcoincharts was.

Far from normal. Easy to ban, just limit orders in API.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Should trading bots be banned? on: September 07, 2013, 10:28:40 AM
On bitcoin exchanges, such as Mt. Gox and Bitstamp, there are multiple bots that buy and sell bitcoins at the same time cluttering the markets and the rate of bitcoin. The purpose of these bots is to gain profit, so traders will get more more tempated to start to use some kind of homespun trading bot. What will we see in six months? War of bots, that rally the rate of bitcoin and make markets completely volatile? That defintely isnīt good for the arising bitcoin ecosystem. So if the bitcoin exchanges want to be trustful, the bots should be banned, or should they?  Huh
8  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: will the bitcoin reach $1000 one day...? on: August 28, 2013, 04:46:22 PM
Definetely bitcoin will reach 1000 dollars! Of course there will be couple of bubbles before that, but eventually it will happen! To be optimistic, I'd say in one year from now. Anyway, I am not ready to invest too much on coin, and it has happend already that I have started to spend my "investment", and buy things. Last it was a hamburger...
