Investors haven't had a report since the last one for Q4 2019, senior management haven't bothered to try and give us a meaningful update since then.
Boxxob had hinted at something coming from senior management for investors a few months ago, but even they have gone quiet on the Investors Discord channel.
It's starting to look like outright theft.

21 months now with no investor coverage or meaningful communications from the management.

If you look at my posts you’ll note that I’ve been careful not to make that accusation.
What I have been saying is that investors feel poorly treated and don’t feel that Bitdice is acting in a trustworthy manner. There has been no official report since Q4 2019 finished.

they took our funds and ran, they don't even bother denying it.

as a player, do you want to trust your money with a casino that doesn't care about their reputation?

When are the reports, inclduing financials, going to start again, when will the tokenholders get meaningful interaction, we've had nothing for 18 months now.
Why should anyone trust this casino when you disregard the people who funded it?

You're right, the Discord channel was created so that there could be discussions between management and tokenholders.
Unfortunately that communication is pretty much one way. Boxxob who works as customer service agent has been passing on our concerns to management but management has pretty much been ignoring our questions on financials.
Up until the end of 2019, we were getting quarterly reports updating us on development news and on financials and when there were profits to be shared, they were distributed.
Then the reports stopped.

On 31st May 2020 Alan (management) posted the following in Discord.

"Hello,

First of all, I would like to heartfully apologize on the behalf of the BitDice team for unexpected launch delays, caused by multiple factors, with COVID-19 being just one of those.

Please rest assured the team is there, working hard on the successful deployment of the next version of BitDice website for it to maintain the highest standards.

Regarding the quarterly report - there will be a combined one for Q1 and Q2, posted on Medium as soon as we launch Bitdice 5.0"

On 1st June 2020 Alan posted the following

"I sincerely hope this will be the only exclusion where our "traditional" quarterly report on Medium will be combined for Q1 and Q2.

As for the delay in keeping you posted regarding what's going on with the product development - the sole reason for this hitch was our desire to make sure everything is back on track despite several obstacles we had encountered during the last couple of months.

Nevertheless, that is not an excuse for keeping you in the dark. With that being said, I once again extend our apologies for this gap in our communication. Moreover, we are indeed inspired by the support which we see in the responses to the mini-report, provided today.

Please feel free to ask questions regarding the new website revamp and the roadmap in general, and I will do my best to provide you with answers."

Alan responded a couple more times in June, he came back in August with some more website development updates, but nothing on Financials.
He returned in October with a bit more on development, but again nothing on Financials.
He returned in November with a bit more on development, but again nothing on Financials.
Finally, he returned in February with a bit more on development and the launch, but again nothing on Financials.
 
So, we've had management come and tell us about the website development and we can see that is happening, that's great, it's why we invested.

The other reason why we've invested is for the profit sharing token and Bitdice refuses to tell us anything about Financials and just ignores the questions about it.

Now, it could well be that there's been no profit to share as all money has been going into development, although that does make you wonder what the capital raise was for. But they haven't told us whether there has been profit or not

All, we want is some transparency and communication over the financials and the profit sharing tokens, the new Bitdice 5.0 has launched and there are no signs of official reports being started again.

We are being very obviosuly ignored on that point, which is why it's led to tokenholders saying this in public, instead of hidden away on a discord channel.

This, is why, I, at least, am feeling like Bitdice could be screwing the tokenholders over.

Yes, I took part in the ICO. I still hold the tokens.
The site is still active now and they have been developing it, I have not said they haven't been doing that.

However, they have stopped engaging with tokenholders meaningfully, they stopped producing the quarterly reports.
I have not called it a scam, I am asking for tokenholders to be treated fairly and stop making us feel like we've been screwed.

I am not the only investor having a problem with Bitdice, have a look round this site, in the Bitdice Discord or on Telegram.

i wish i had had the foresight to take screenshots, they closed the account and confiscated the winnings when i made a withdrawal.
if i knew i had to take screenshots because they were dodgy and might do something like this I wouldn't have bet there in the first place.
unfortunately, they hold all the information. so, no, i doubt i will be able to convince you.

but by looking at this thread it looks like many others have been scammed here, i don't expect i will get my money back - although it would be nice if i did, just adding my own warning.

i deposited some money and won quite a bit on their live casino channel playing War of Bets and Blackjack, they have now cancelled all my winnings and confiscated 2.5BTC, they did refund my deposit at least.
but they are a scam, they will cancel your winning bets. you are not allowed to win here.
