I think you should try trading, as that can yield alot of money without taking too much of a risk. I suggest you not to accept Paypal from untrusted users though, as they could easily chargeback the money.

With cloud mining you mean a HYIP scam? That is also quite profitable, but only if you join as one of the first investors. And then you don't even know yet if they will actually pay you. And when the monitors have received payout it could be too late to start already..

Investing is probably a better option than cloud mining, as it can yield the same profit without the same risk.

Personally, I would go with either trading or investing. It really depends on what you're good at and what you need.
