I wouldn't mind the ticket that much, it's someone who is waiting on the other side to get my payment, and it's quite embarassing frankly. Is it normal to wait for days for a transaction to actually show up on the ledger?

Guys, it's been three days since I ordered a 90.15 XRPs from poloniex to a wallet!
The Poloniex history took forever to switch from PENDING to COMPLETED, but now I can't even see the transaction on the blockchain. I haven't seen any notifications regarding XRP delays or anything. Opened a ticket, but reading your comments all over the place, I guess I should not bother with the wait.
Tried calling the service on phone but alas, no answer.
This is time sensitive.
Any ideas?
