I can't get any response from your technical support. All operations were blocked on my account, such as input/output and transfers within main and train accounts.
Any operations get the following response: Currency operations not available.

I did't get a single response as of today. The way you ignore any of my requests for such extended period of time, or even the lack of clarity on timeframes needed to resolve my issues looks like pure irresponsibility or fraudulent activity. This makes your stock exchange look very unprofessional!
