3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 5 cryptocurrency exchanges where you can stake cryptos & earn rewards on: July 13, 2020, 11:27:41 AM
No, you get 50 USD in $MCO. You don't share it. The only thing you DO need to stake is 50 MCO coins, which automatically gives you the right for the red visa card (cash back up to 10% and free netflix). Your 50 mco will stay locked for 6 months. After you get your 50 mco back. So your visa card is free.

You do however get 50 USD worth of MCO immediately as soon as you stake the 50 MCO.

The 50 USD worth of MCO you can trade, sell for Euro/Pounds/USD or other currency, depending on your location. You then top up your visa card with that 50 USD and go to shop to spend it with your visa card. On top of that you get cash back again in mco, which you can again trade or sell for fiat.

These guys have figured their shit really good.

Their $CRO and $MCO going strong. This Tuesday you can buy ALGORAND with 50% discount. Check their Twitter or telegram for instructions.

I'm really enjoying my red visa card.

Staking question:

You don't even have to lock and you start to get daily staking rewards.. this is of course the lowest percentage.

You can lock for one month and max 3 months.
These are the highest percentage. Once locked you can't unlock of course until the period finishes.

On top of this if you stake 50 mco for the red visa card, you get extra staking rewards.

There is actually too much to tell with these guys.
How does it work

I don't even get paid for all this story telling damit lol Grin

On the exchange I mentioned above (my signature) you don't have to stake, just by having your asset in the exchange while you trade, you get stake rewards, daily.

The best is to order a visa card, you get cash back every time you do groceries or just buy random things.

I'm also on Binance, but there you have to actively stake. I'm also not really fan of actively staking.

Since am very familiar with binance exchange, it will be my number one pick because of the credibility and high reputation of the exchange, I often see those lending and staking options whenever I login into my account but I have never tried any, I think you can already tell how much profit you can make using one of the staking option, this is indeed another good and secure way of earning passive income.

By signing up with your link on crypto.com then both you and the person get to share $50 is it without investing any amount or the person must invest before this bonus can be given?
Between regarding staking on the exchange, I think I like their method, all you have to do is have the assets on the exchange and start earning, but assuming we choose a lock period can it be unlock whenever you feel the need or the lock period must be reached before it can be access?
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 5 cryptocurrency exchanges where you can stake cryptos & earn rewards on: July 13, 2020, 11:17:34 AM
There is no 100% safety. You can lose your private password, forget, lose keys or in case of Trazor. Forget the whole damn thing somewhere.

Exchanges are learning from their mistake in the early days. Although never 100% safe, it's 90% safe! Since I started with crypto, (you can find my messages on BT all the way back from 2017), I held for 95% of the time funds in some exchange.. But always on the top 5 exchanges not smaller ones. Although I never had any issues with smaller ones also. I have experience with Bittrex, BitFinex, HitBTC, Livecoin, Binance, ForkDelta/EtherDela and Crypto.dom ... Now I mainly trade on Binance and Crypto.com.

It seems, the crypto trend has changed to staking and earn rewards. That can make the investors give trust to the exchanges to hold their funds in those places. I see on that list from OP that will depend on yourself, do you have the courage to leave your funds in the exchanges or not, and you are ready with everything that can happen to the exchanges. My advice is you need to know how much money you should use to stake in the exchanges, and it's better not to risk all of your money, even if the exchanges give a big profit to you.

I have crypto.com installed on my mobile phone, but I do not buy yet any coins inside the wallet. If I see the minimum amount to buy each coin is $250, so we can earn a reward by staking the coin.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Exchange for day trade? on: July 13, 2020, 07:26:51 AM
Thanks everyone for the messages.

Meanwhile I have a better view of the exchange platforms and indeed 0.18-0.2 % is the lowest you can get when you trade less than 50k volume a month.

Among top exchanges Binance would be the best in term of low fee. They charge 0.18.

Crypto.com charges 0.2.

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ICO for MONACO & TokenMarket - SHADY ICO - ♦♦WARNING ♦♦ on: July 12, 2020, 09:52:47 PM
Damn dude, remember how much we debated if this project was a scam or not? I guess in the end you lost. They are now one of the biggest projects with products out and own exchange with 2 to 3 million users worldwide. Check it for yourself dude. It did took some time tho. I wasn't active for some time here also. But they changed their name to Crypto com. Check my signature.

Well here we have a Team that rushed to put together an ICO to beat Ten-X to the ICO and have screwed it up.

The Monaco Team and TokenMarket have crossed the line with adding additional Smart Contracts to the end of the ICO to take in more cash.

The original contract ended at about 17 minutes before the Website Timer.

The Team and Token Market lied to investors and said it was a "Technical Glitch" on the website.

The Monaco Team and Token Market issued another Smart Contract and restarted the ICO to get more investor funds that were trying to make the minimal Eth investment needed to obtain a Black Card

I think the original investors should have the option to have their funds refunded as we were not informed of a second contract in the original contract. I would guess that altering the terms of a contract without notifying investors is illegal in most places.  I know it would be a problem in the US where several members of Token Market reside.

If the Monaco Team is a stand up Team they will see their mistake and try to right it.

I have tried communicating with both TokenMarket and Kris from Monaco but the results were less than satisfying.

I'm Kris - the founder of Monaco. Just opened an account on Bitcointalk to answer all the questions you may have regarding our company and the token sale.
We'll be posting a thread shortly...

In terms of addressing the single most common question: why only 1 day notice. It's actually pretty simple. The single thing that pushed us to launch ahead of our original July schedule was a competitor running towards an ICO with a 90% same value proposition (FX+crypto). Our CFO was at an event at VISA Innovation Centre in Singapore on 11th of May, where he ran into another founder, who basically told him what they're working on and that their ICO is going to launch in June. We made a judgement call to finish working on our ICO within a week and launch, then spend the next 30 days to gradually build exposure and increase our brand awareness, so everyone has plenty of time to get to know us and do their due diligence.

Kris"

Even though this topic has not been posted on a long I think it is worth noting that even though failed CEO Kris Marszalek and some of his Monaco "team" were investigated for fraud for the "Ensogo" scam, they have launched the product and thought it is far from being a success they have progressed further than the likes of Minexcoin scammers.

The Monaco card (crypto.com) took too long to get off the ground and the lack of substantial progress lay firmly with failed CEO Kris Marszalek. Yes it has progressed further than some competitors but with the length of time it took to get where they are - was it worth it?

We are talking about them raising $26 million in the 2017 ICO. Anybidy could have made a success of the project with that sort of start-up capital to kick start it.

Even today with the 15 million+ or so tokens that owned by failed CEO Kris Marszalek and his team, they are valued at around $50 at todays rate.

Not impressed with them because they should be far ahead of where they are now but I give credit that they are further than competitors even though it took them ages to get started.

These people from Envion Watch are scammers themselves. If you guys want the honest news about the progress, just join the founders telegram and ask all the questions you have.

Many investors are in that group. Lup is set up by the founders to get extra funds for the investors. Check it for yourself in their group.

Guys, there are some important news from the liquidator out. Official announcement. Read it here:

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 5 cryptocurrency exchanges where you can stake cryptos & earn rewards on: July 12, 2020, 09:33:18 PM
If you guys are fan of staking. You should 100% check the exchange in my signature.

It started as Monaco, went to Crypto.com with two native coins $CRO and $MCO.

They started as a crypto visa project and now they have own exchange with 2-3 mill users.

I will be not surprised if they get among the top 5 exchanges in like a year time.

I trade myself there and have also the visa card.

You have soft staking, means no lock up. Just by having the asset you get already interest, even if you are trading it. If you lock it up, you get more interest. The visa cards are also the best in the whole crypto space. Nice RVS steel!

Anyway you guys check for yourself, I'm good with them so far. I used to trade in BitFinex and Bittrex. Now moved to them. They have also once or twice a month buying BTC or other popular assets with 50% discount. Check their Twitter.

Hi admin ... how long should I hold the Athens coin? Why until now the Athens coin has not been registered on the stock exchange

Most important thing you need to know that this will NEVER get added on stock exchange.

This is crypto, no crypto is on stock exchange.

However it is possible to list this on crypto exchanges.

At least if we get a sign of life from this project.

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] «Envion» Most Profitable Self-Expanding Crypto Infrastructure on: December 06, 2018, 03:23:28 PM
Michael:
the biggest amount of BTC/ETH was sold for fiat earlier this year MW was speaking of different amounts around 50m fiat and we expect about 80-100m tokens after removal of non-kyc-tokens etc.

we expect the payment per token much higher but maybe not 90% like MW predicts.

It is important to conceptually seperate ico investors and token holders when looking on the situation. For the liquidation we have at the moment the ico investors should not be relevant. Relevant should be: who has the rights? As the token was created to make those rights transferable by transfering the token all rights are usually at the token holder. Not every ico investor is still a token holder and not every token holder is an ico investor.

The easiest way to stay up to date concerning how to get money as a token holder is to visit https://envion-founders.org/liquidation/ - we might also install a newsletter there to make it even easier.

We are speaking to many lawyers who are deeply into the topic and sending the money to those who have the rights is the only thing that makes sense. In case you have bought the right to participate in all mining profits and the company messes is up and uses the money that is exclusively bound to your rights for anything else then giving it to you as the person who has the right to get all profits out of the money that is bound to those rights, you would suffer wrong. Every court would most likely see it that way. Based on the current situation we are confident that in case of the decided liquidation the owners of the rights will get the money that is left after liquidation. This is not exactly written anywhere but this is the only thing that makes sense and legally and morally. Do not forget your very strong rights that the prospectus gave you!

Please do not get confused of the "90%" that MW communicates. Whatever he means by that could not mean you get 0,9 USD per token. Some people asked us whether they should buy until 0,9 USD which shows us that there is confusion. The amount paid per token might be much higher than the price at exchanges at the moment but we do not expect it to be 0,9 USD per token as the total amount of tokens and the total amount of money would have to change a lot from that what MW gave in the past.
t.me/EnvionFounders/102911

We do not speak of returning money to any buyer but giving money to people that hold rights. And the right that is usually behind one token is always the same. That is why everyone has to get the same amount for the same "amount of rights". As discussed before while and after the ICO it would be the same in case of paying out mining profits: the amount is always based on the number of rights, not the amount paid.

Michael (official Envion founder member):

At the moment we do not speak of activities of the regulator. The regulator (Finma) did not finish the investigation. What we have on the table is a decision of a swiss court to liquidate because of missing auditors. Liquidation is not a "refund". What the process (simplified) includes is handle all liabilities before the company gets closed. When it comes to identifying all liabilities, it gets pretty complex and different stances are possible. You could also argue that the contract says in the case of liquidation the token holder gets nothing -> no liability there -> most of the money to Aubel/MW. But would that make sense? The good news is that common sense is also applied. In our view the distribution of leftover assets to token holders (in case of liquidation that includes the give-up of the project) is reasonable, fairest and has a very strong chain of reasoning. Like stated before all has to be decide by the liquidator and all could still change with the decision of Finma at the end of their investigation.

Michael:
I do not know which "normally" you mean but please remember, that liquidation does not mean any refund in the first place. It could mean many things and hopefully tokenholders will get money and if you paid money for your tokens beforehand you could kind of call the fact of getting money a "refund" but please be careful with the word while discussing the liquidation. "Refund" or "money back" is not really directly what is on the table. I do not want to scare you as I believe there will be a fair solution but in the worst case scenario MW/Aubel find a way to make happen what is written in the contract: "It is expected the Tokens qualify as a bond instrument (Anleihensobligation). Further, the Tokens carry no right to receive any dividend nor any liquidation proceeds in case that the Company will be liquidated for any reason." - I asked some lawyers about this and they assured me that it is not realistic that it gets decided in a way that token holders / investors do not get anything but keep in mind that liquidation means giving the decision in the hand of someone totally new whos first contact might be MW. Again: I trust in a fair decision but trust not always ends good for us - as we know.

* Envion Founders Telegram*

Latest info on case against CEO and the founder's fight to recover control of the company.

The Cantonal Court of Zug Switzerland has ruled that envion is to be liquidated.  The founders are working to reverse this ruling as the decision was made because of obstruction and lies by Matthias Woestmann.  Woestmann prevented auditors from communicating with Trado GmbH and the founders, and lied about the founders’ willingness to provide data to auditors.

DETAILED INFORMATION AND LATEST UPDATES HERE: www.envion-founders.org

LIQUIDATION FACTS

*  The court in Zug announced liquidation, but there is not an official announcement in the business register
*  Currently no deadline to register a claim has been announced
*  Not necessary to pay anyone to file a claim

STILL UNDECIDED

*  How token holders should file a claim (under which designation)
*  What amount will be refunded
*  How token holders will be refunded
*  If Woestmann and shareholders will be paid ICO money remaining after refund (the founders are specifically fighting against this outcome)

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CASE OF LIQUIDATION

*  Guidance from founders provided by their legal team to assist in filing claims
*  Clear communication on how to file a refund claim
*  Plenty of time to file a claim

PREVIOUSLY

Envion’s founders have won an injunction against CEO Matthias Woestmann and codefendants Thomas van Aubel, Jutta von Falkenhausen, and Dinnies von der Osten prevent the sale or transfer of company shares and allow any transfer or debit of envion's assets.

Swiss financial authority FINMA has removed Woestmann and his associate Marc Gurov from the board and have begun an investigation.  The FINMA investigation is separate from the court ruling.

Founders’ response to FINMA probe: https://envion-founders.org/envion-ag-founders-welcome-investigation-by-swiss-financial-regulator-finma-and-removal-of-ceo-from-board/

INFO FROM BERLIN COURT

•  ILLEGAL: Matthias Woestmann’s capital increase and share dilution
•  REJECTED: Accusation that founders illegitimately created tokens
•  LIABLE: Quadrat Capital and Sycamore GmbH must pay Trado’s legal fees and are liable for damages
•  JAIL/FINES: For selling shares or initiating use of investor funds (6 months jail per infringement)

Yes.  Should liquidation start, then the founders will make every effort to inform every investor of the correct process for claims.  Probably we will set up a mini-website which explains the process and helps with filing claims.
my question, who is Laurent? is the team from Envion? or is it another scammer?
I have no hope for ENV tokens, bounties are also not sent!

Laurent is the representative speaking in behave of the founders, Michael, one of the main founders is also regularly speaking on Telegram.
