Hmm.. yes, it looks like someone has stolen Bitmark's BTM ticker symbol: https://coinmarketcap.com/assets/bytom/Bytom is an interactive protocol of multiple byte assets. 3,901,180 BTM I don't know if coinmarketcap usually allows coins to use the same ticker symbol, but I can see it is already causing some coin apps to get confused between Bytom and Bitmark. I think I have a solution though. As can be seen above, the Bytom market cap is over 75 times Bitmarks. And Bytom's price is almost 19 cents while Bitmark's is around 38 cents. Therefore, I propose a one time payout from Bytom's reserves to Bitmark holders. Bytom would pay 2 Bytom's for every 1 Bitmark held, and in return Bytom gets to have BTM symbol  Since Bytom has a circulating supply of 636 million, and a total supply of 1.4 billion, they won't miss the 7.8 million coin payout  Bitmark is dead, i was hoping for a revival, but seems like a new coin has already taken the ticker symbol, theres no chance for this coin now. |

totally agree, good time for delist this shit from polo.
dev team an't working, no future plan. why do we need btm yet?
BTM is one of the few alt coins that is actually used as intended, every day. Marking on polo really works, and could take off on other sites. The backstory of the original scam dev nathan rixham ripping off early supporters does NOT alter the facts ... BTM is being used, and if you check out the slack chanel you'll see lots of activity. Is there a new slack I don't know about? The slack the website directs me to only has 3-4 ppl active at any given time. |

We agree with that LeSmoke...and we are doing our part to ensure that the BTM wallet on Polo is enabled as quickly as possible. We're awaiting polo's initial response to our inquiry..we understand that they experiencing high volumes, so I think we are looking at about 10-15 days to get the wallet enabled once again. - after having the Poloniex BTM wallet disabled for so long, a couple weeks sounds like a reasonable proposition.  Please keep the questions and commentc coming guys...the more input we get from y'all the better the Project will become I also would like to see the wallet fixed on Polo. I'm interested in this project but don't like to keep investments on the exchange, so as soon as the wallet works, I'll consider investing. |

Hello Please help i send 2 times coins to nova and coinexchange but i received nothing, I downloaded the latest wallet from official website https://www.1337coin.net/i can receive coins but if i send i can't find my txid at block explorer! Open the wallet and comfirm that its the right version. Look under "Help", then click "About 1337.", if it states v1.8.0.0-g then you got latest. Indeed, non information about the TxID. If you got lastest version, you sure that the wallet is synced with the network? the wallet is synced with network,but i have V1.7.0.0-g, what can i do now ? thank you sir You're using the old wallet. Just keep your wallet open with your coins it in and it will stake automatically. You'll see the green up arrow at the bottom right corner, you can hover over it to see it staking. |

I think the block halvings should be extended all the way to 3-4 % APR.
Also, there should be something that will lock the coins/use cases. Otherwise it will just get dumped on the exchanges.
New exchanges are always nice to have as well.
I agree, but I think this coin needs more use cases and value. Even if this coin gets posted on the good exchanges now, it will just be a pump n dump coin. Need to find ways so people will hold for long-term value. |

How about some marketplace/forum where people could buy and sell game-related things with 1337. If coins could be integrated into a marketplace like that, it could help bring more attention to the coin.

Everyone's talking about how 1337 needs to get listed on bittrex and polo, but the fact is the only way to get listed on those is to have higher market cap and trade volume.
So instead of people worrying about how to get listed on those sites, try focusing on the development of the coin. If people see the coin has value, they will buy it and the market cap and trade volume will go up automatically.

I think news about coin working on some projects could potentially increase price (see digibyte after their announcement of page where peoples can play games like minecraft, warcraft etc and gain dgb)
I agree, if there was an easy way to see current/future projects with the coin, it would get more potential investors interested in buying the coin. |

I also prefer to stay with 1337 coin, there must be other ways to reduce the volume if it helps with the value of the coin

chainz is on correct chain I've contacted to YoBit support about 1337 wallet maintenance and they answered that devs don't send them necessary source code updates. So they stopped withdrawal to avoid coins loss. Pls contact them.

I also had this problem when I updated to new wallet. The only solution I found was re-download the whole blockchain again. It took me about 1.5 days for it to sync again fully. To re-sync fully with the new wallet, go to username/user/appdata/roaming/1337 folder and delete everything in the folder EXCEPT wallet.dat, Then just open the new 1.8 wallet and let it resync. You can also add "chart=0" to 1337.conf to disable the chart on the wallet. |

I'm a new investor into 1337, and the biggest thing I'm concerned about the swap to w00t is the development of both coins. Right now I see Velvet78 is the main dev for 1337, and if he's having to split time to work on both 1337 and w00t, its going to marginalize both coins. I'd rather put all focus onto one coin to make it great than have 2 mediocre coins. It seems like there are already lots of ideas for 1337 and they won't get implemented very well if half the time is going into another coin.
