You can also use Askgamblers or LCB to submit an official complaint. This way Askgamblers acts as the referee so to speak. I prefer askgamblers as they are your best success at a fair case. I have personally won every outcome on askgamblers

They have always paid my withdrawals, sizeable ones too. You probably got banned from the site for trying to cheat.

I can't say whether the have a gaming license or not but I can tell you they are legit and they always paid my withdrawals. I have made about 6 withdrawals in total and a few of them were for $2,000 give or take. Those wins came from the 3 different slots they have. It did take a few days to receive the money but nevertheless I did receive it. I can send you a screenshot if you want to see it.

PBG is a solid casino to play on. I'm a bit surprised getting the site mobile ready isn't a priority considering the mobile users outweighs desktop users heavily. Once this is complete they will be increasing traffic and gameplay heavily. One solution I found in regards to Panjul7 remarks about having difficulty playing on mobile, next time you playing on your phone select "desktop site" in the browser settings and it becomes much better, you will be able to see the entire slot for example compared to only a portion.

Also if they could make cashouts quicker that would be a big benefit. Most casinos these days provide instant cashouts so to keep up with competition PBG should too because even though it states 99% withdrawals are instant all withdrawals I have made since joining have takes a couple days but nevertheless I do always get my money.

What you now should do is resubmit the complaint, except leave out the fact that you were playing live baccarat.

The issue here is the fact that they won't withdraw your winnings. So stick to that, nothing else matter. Don't mention what games were played, say u were playing at the casino, you won x ount tried to withdraw and they won't pay.

If that doesn't work then n AG then move onto LCB website and issue a complaint through them. They have just as much weight if not more so than AG.

Are you sure you submitted the complaint properly because I didn't see it on the website. The last complaint that shows up is from july. I also noticed out of a total of 16 complaints filed against them only four (4) went unresolved.

This is interesting because I have been playing here for a few years now too and haven't had an issue although I have never attemtped to withdraw that amount of money. What I can say is there are a couple things you can do.

First go to askgamblers website and open a proper complaint against Bitstarz. They have a really good success rate with getting issues resolved similar to yours. AG will act as a middle man and you can present your case with the proof and Bitstarz will have a certain amount of time to respond.

If that doesn't work although it usually does, the casino is licensed so you can contact the commission and file a complaint with them as well.

This is definitely a Scam. Be extremely careful everyone. Have you guys ever heard the saying, "if it sound too good to be true, then it probably is". Their is no way any legitimate company is going to give away $10,000 to every user that signs up. This ia clearly a Ploy to wither collect user information (name, D.o.B, copies of I.D. or passport) which would then be sold on the black market or is some type of Trojan or other virus.  They are requesting KYC information, don't give it too them. Thats just my opinion anyway.

First off thank you for all the congratulations on winning the first month of the contest. FortuneJack paid me within 3 days of the official announcement and I would like to thank them for hosting this brilliant contest. Their were some good entries that I was competing with. There is still so much I want to do with my website, and continue to build and improve the platform making it much more attractive and useful for everyday people. Unfortunetly I only have limited because I work so much. But I noticed with a lot of review sites that they review websites that in reality are horrible. So instead of reviewing just every platform availavle, i try to stick with just solid trustworthy websites that I have had personal experience with that other people can enjoy playing.i want to be as honest as possible so when users use my website they can do so in confidence.
