Nah, I mostly avoid doing that when trading because with that, I lowered the possibility of success in trading which is better than randomly gambling if you know what you want out of it and trading with professionalism can be more profitable IMO, also Option trading for example is gambling, considering no one can predict the exact direction of movement in a short time of 60 seconds or so.

There's no easy way or effective strategy in gambling in general, You are always playing with a house edge as well in any type of gambling even poker "rake", Therefore it's a game but without ways to get you a better edge.
Naturally if you play a 98% odds to win with 1% profit, the odds are better than %50 odds, but the principle is the same.
