Yes Agree... support really needs to sort itself out.... I have been waiting for my account to be unlocked for over 2 weeks now and no contact apart from 1 email apologising for the delay and that was 10 days ago.
Very frustrating having got XBT and a position I cannot cancel plus other coins I want to take offline and put in my wallet.... Please Kraken Support start contacting your customers and employ some more staff 2 weeks and no response is not a good way to treat your customers!
