Are you planning anything for fair distribution of IXT? Otherwise few whales will pay thousands even tens of thousands of transaction fee and get all IXT for themselves, we all have seen how BAT ICO went? If we just put Gas price cap that will increase chance of getting part in crowd sale for small investors like us.
