Release of STRAKS Gate: A Payment GatewayThe STRAKS team is very pleased to announce the release of STRAKS Gate, a payment gateway back-end that gives developers an easy to use API interface to accept STRAKS payments in their applications. A ReactJS POS application written to consume the STRAKS Gate API interface supports this release; it nicely demonstrates the use of the back-end functionality and, moreover, the ease through which merchants can deploy a STRAKS Gate enabled solution, and accept, audit, and keep track of STRAKS payments from its customers. A demo of the POS application can be found at: https://straks.centerConvince your local and on-line merchants to accept STRAKS today! Hello Straks community --- Straks is available for atomic swap trading on Komodo Platform's decentralized exchange, BarterDEX! Right NOW, peer2peer, on Mainnet with live orderbooks. Anyone can test it out if you'd like. We are taking privacy to new heights by keeping your funds and privkeys in YOUR HANDS! zK-SNARK coin Jumblr in YOUR HANDS! Liquidity of each coin is still building, but BarterDEX can pair your coin with any other of the 80+ coins on the exchange. If a team member, perhaps someone from marketing, would like to test out an atomic swap through our GUI, please send me a DM : ) We have a team availabe for walking leaders of featured coins through the Komodo ecosystem to teach you how your community can benefit from BarterDEX! This is truly a community project - the keys are now in your hands! YOU (literally anyone) can be a marketmaker for your coin, making it available to BarterDEX users around the globe. YOU can create a SPV electrum server, allowing BarterDEX users to manage and trade your coin without downloading the entire blockchain. It would be nice to have your coin paired with KMD on a dedicated Liquidity Provider node, allowing users to trade between the two 24/7 - then we could introduce it to the community as having liquidity in BarterDEX! We would be happy to assist you with setting these up. Please let me know if you have any questions. Welcome to the BarterDEX decentralized exchange! Trade freely and safely, Jay Thanks for the update. I'll look into the process and setup over the next few days.

9 Volume @ Cryptopia.
NOt a good sign for SIGT
Cryptopia fixing their Signatum wallet, which has some mysterious ailment. Lead dev is helping when requested. So could be a significant factor in the low trading activity.

So far it's probably JUST the IBeLink DM11G units pushing the hashrate - but by the end of October when most of the currently sold but not yet shipped Bitmain D3 units are shipped installed and running, we're looking at a LOT more than a "doubling". Then the A5 (and probably more D3 and some DM22G) units start hitting.... I'd BET on network hashrate exceeding 200 TH by the end of the year, and would not be shocked by 300-400 TH. I'm not sure what that works out to in difficulty as a number, but I'm sure it will be 5-10 TIMES what it is now by the end of October and likely double again by the end of the year. Seems very plausible. Assume also existing miners will drop off as feasibility rapidly decreases and current asics takeover.

Has anyone noted the rise in difficulty between 15/Jul and 15/Aug? It's almost 3x! https://www.coinwarz.com/difficulty-charts/dash-difficulty-chartAssuming another doubling by 15/Sep and again by 15/Nov etc? Oct/Nov batch ROI will be pushed back significantly I assume. Probably better to wait for next gen X11 miner... 50 GH/s+ miners by December by Bitmain/Pinideas/Other maybe?
