I have never joined a Hackaton before and maybe if i would apply one I would not be accepted as my knowledge on technicalities is very much limited. Now, I know that an event like this can result into many possibilities and ways for us to develop the blockchain technology. We should be encouraging more and more like this as there are still so many questions that must be answered.
Better To Try And Fail Than Never To Try At All, Agree?
Had a chance to participate in several type of hackathons, but this one has a potential to be different at least because of chosen stream - Banking in Blockchain, seems a good field for investigation and brainstorms with interested people, for knowledge growth and sharing purpose for sure.
Almost all Hackathons welcome different profiles of people to join and form teams with different competencies and knowledge levels.
There is always an opportunity to cover different but still connected challenges within T-shaped team in addition to POC coding.
Each team should have strong vision towards possible Business model, idea impact and possible MVPs, it also takes a lot of time from Business and Technical experts.
Pair or MOB programming are being more then welcome during such events.
