1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRB] Creditbit - ERC20 token on: December 29, 2017, 09:17:31 PM
How much should someone use if locking for 2 years?
EDIT: Nevermind, wasn't rocket surgery.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRB] Creditbit - ERC20 token on: December 23, 2017, 06:48:05 PM
Thanks, but that's not for what I'm talking about.

Big drop ongoing in in BTC and ETH etc, hope CRB can hold above $.45 USD.

I'm on the new DApp and transferred ETH into my account (Wallet). I see it there and wondering if I can convert it into CRB within DApp or how does it work so I can turn the ETH into CRB to make a contract  (CREDITBOND).

Thanks for your response.

EDIT: Would be nice to have a tutorial of the new DApp for CREDITBOND Locking for newbies like me.

If you hold ETH on DApp, can you change it into CRB? If so, how? If not, that explains my issue.

Mine are still gone as well. Probably my fault. At least I'm fairly certain that the transaction didn't get completed on mine, according to the TxID and block explorer anyways. I'm hopeful that Bittrex can just refund my account. That's how it works right?
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRB] Creditbit - ERC20 token on: December 18, 2017, 11:36:07 PM
Wait... Does the DApp Wallet take CRB transfers direct, or is it just ETH? If it is just ETH you might want to advertise that better so fools like me don't throw away all their coins.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRB] Creditbit - ERC20 token on: December 18, 2017, 08:35:56 PM
I like the set-up, I am a bit worried though. I transferred from Bittrex to the new DApp, confirmed the address digit by digit several times, the transfer was confirmed by Bittrex, nothing has shown up on DApp with Creditbit. It's been more than several minutes.

EDIT: Bittrex confirmed the transfer happened sometime ago. I've checked the address several time and it is the correct one. Has anyone successfully done this transfer yet?

Does the tweet this morning about DAPP mean that I can finally use Bond or whatever outside of MIST/Etherium? I never have been able to get it to work on there (do not link the instructions again, I have read them).
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRB] Creditbit - ERC20 token on: October 24, 2017, 12:14:39 AM
... and just like that, pretty much back down to the lows. Good stuff...

I feel bad for you with the 40K CRBIT, that's pretty damn awful how they screwed former holders.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRB] Creditbit - ERC20 token on: October 05, 2017, 10:04:47 PM
Does this mean we can use JAXX instead of Mist to do the BOND? I could never get it to work before.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRB] Creditbit - ERC20 token on: October 05, 2017, 12:04:08 AM
Been hearing about this news for months, seems to not ever come! -- I'm holding, but honestly I have low hopes.  I know every little about most coins so I don't even know if what CRB is trying to do is that unique. This is just a gamble for me essentially.

Chart is actually looking decent right now. Hope this is the right alt coin to smuggle my money away into.

Still can't get mist or etherwallet to do contracts! and yes, I have seen the links haha.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRB] Creditbit - ERC20 token on: July 10, 2017, 10:03:18 PM

From the article:

"One thing no one can deny is how Creditbit generates a lot of trading volume. The past 24 hours generated US$671.3m worth of volume, which is pretty impressive. Both Bitcoin and Ethereum users are exchanging their currencies to and from CRB as we speak. Finding that store of value is of the utmost importance right now. Creditbit is well worth considering in this regard."

There is very little possibility that this is true. Unless someone can show me volume, this number is incorrect.

Is there anything beside Ethereum / MIST or Parity where I can safely lock my CRB? I'm having issues with all of them, haha.

Will CRB be coming out with its own locking program(?)?

Cheers,

Newbie question:

I have set up Parity to try to test out BOND, I set up 'Watch Contract' from the guide on the website. I went to do 'Transactions', which is where I am stuck. I don't want to mess anything up and am in no rush so thought I would post the question here. How do I set up within my account to transfer to CRB? The only option I currently have is ETH.

Thanks for your time,

When jaxx add crb in next days everything will be more easy. Btw shapeshift may add crb too 👍🏼

Boss is asking if his tokens on Jaxx device, can he still Bond lock for interest rate?

When you keep referencing your 'boss', do you mean your wife?
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRB] Creditbit - ERC20 token on: June 20, 2017, 04:25:08 PM
Explain it to me then.

The way I read this is that every BOND that is done creates up to 12% more CRB in the market. If there is no set limit, then the maximum number of CRB in essentially unlimited, severely watering down the currency. Bitcoin is limited to a set number and the way they mine decreases over the years so that they do not pass that number.

Yes, every BOND creates up to 12% on a yearly basis, but locked CRBIT Tokens are locked during this period and cannot enter markets for trading. Taking into account, that only a part of investors are willing to lock their Tokens for a long period (1 year+), overall increase of Tokens in the circulation is expected to be much lower than 12%.

April 22th:
11,870,283.08104604 CRBITs were migrated to CRB

Today (20.6.2017): Source
11,874,615.57683263 CRB

Increase in approx. 2 months:
approx. 4332 Tokens -> 0,0365% increase in 2 months -> approx. 0,22% yearly increase

Ethereum has yearly inflation rate in 2017 around 15%: https://blog.ethereum.org/2014/04/10/the-issuance-model-in-ethereum/
Bitcoin - approx 4,2%: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Controlled_supply
But both currencies are not demanding to lock Tokens/Coins to gain BOND yields.

Still worried?

Dev Team

Thanks, I do believe that it's fair to say that the early numbers do not reflect what it will look like in a year from now.

Good work on the coin.

CreditBOND YIELD (AWARD):

With locking your Tokens you will be able to collect yields from the CreditBOND Smart Contract. But be sure to understand, how the yields are calculated first.

Yields depend on a locking period:

from 1 to 175200 blocks (a month) - 1% yield per year

from 175200 to 525600 blocks (3 months) - 3% yield per year

from 525600 to 1051200 blocks (6 months) - 6% yield per year

from 1051200 to 2102400 blocks (1 year) - 8% yield per year

from 2102400 to 4204800 blocks (2 year) - 12% yield per year

so its from 1% to 12% ....
if nobody lock, then no new coins will come.

+ some extra coins, not much will come from games. if guys will not play much games, nothing etra will come...Wink

i hope all will lock coins to get 12% but when you lock your tokens, then that locked tokens cant be use for 1 year..so that mean no dumpers on exchanges..Wink and price will rise like crazy..

Thanks DXB, I understand that part.  What I was alluding to was that with that BOND, etc... there is no maximum amount of CRB that could be allowed, which dilutes the currency.
