I'm not happy with the payout and payout system of onehash, without registering I paid to win liverpool against man.city at the coefficient of about 7.5.
I paid 0.0741-500usd 10.4.2018 at 20:20, liverpool won, I expected to get about 0.55btc or 3500usd, and 11.4.2018 at 08:00 onehash paid on my wallet just 0.248btc-1700usd.

at the end of the game it is written that IN BANK
0.3053 BTC

I did not ask that emails be sent to me if I win, I did not receive any payment confirmation.
you should at least get some confirmation as to how much you expect a payout of 0.00741btc.

I know I did not fully understand the rules when I paid for the match at onehash but I did not know that the payout would be twice as low and the koef. would change from 7.5 to 3.353 after the match.
if i paid 500usd in normal sports betting i would get about 3500usd which is about 0.55btc.

I had the problem of withdrawing ETH 0.32266993ETH from poloniax on my mytherwallet on 21.6.2017, but poloniex solved it after 4 days, now it's on my wallet.
 
In poloniexa's history it states that the transaction was over and completed, but it took 4 days to sit on myetherwallet

My etherwallet works normally, but on 21.6, transaction of 0.32266993 ETH did not switch to wallet

I had sent two support tickets regarding the delay of the ETH

On these two tickets, the Support Center answered me the same

It looks like after 4 days Txid changed from: 0x62e4399b72aae1744d8deee7e95c69d0efbdc5f6d02c10a03f74479f47cf45b7 on 0x0a5ed64b8f62231165837357b02d976209a493d4c7c43f7ff7663877b136786e, which is now visible on etherscan.

Poloniax has solved this problem, but still writes beside the ticketing in Support Center-BEING PROCESSED, although they have resolved and the 0.32266993 ETH has switched to the wallet.

So I can not say anything bad about the poloniex team, although I see that many people have problems that are not solved and are waiting to be.
