After some attempts, I realized where I was wrong
In the online PC, when I created the wallet, I choosed the Watch Bitcoin addresses instead of the Standard Wallet.

Mi rispondo da solo in quanto, dopo alcuni tentativi, ho capito dove stavo sbagliando.

Nel pc online, quando avevo creato il wallet, avevo scelto la voce Watch Bitcoin addresses anziché Standard Wallet.

Per sistemare il problema ho semplicemente cancellato il wallet dal pc online e l'ho ricreato (importando la chiave pubbliche dal pc offline) prestando attenzione questa volta a selezionare la voce corretta, ossia Standard Wallet. Poi ho proseguito come da procedura, ho ottenuto nuovamente un wallet in sola lettura e, con i pochi mBTC che avevo caricato, sono riuscito a completare una transazione in uscita.

Yes, both wallets (online and offline) are eguale version: 2.83. The OS is Lubuntu 16.04.

I exported from the wallet offline the public keys, not private keys.
In the wallet online I've imported the public keys after. (As the guide http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/coldstorage.html)

I believe yes, I think the procedure is correct But something is wrong

I tried to use Electrum with the actual latest version (2.8.3) with Cold storage but I encountred problems. Is there someone of you that could help me to create an outbound transaction?
I can't sign the transactions in the offline pc and threfore spend my coin.
Now I Explain the various steps I did.

First of all I've followed the steps to create the cold storage with two pc (online ad offline)
Then I've transferred some mBTC from a wallet web to the pc online and at this point point everything is ok.

Later I've created an unsigned transaction on the online pc:
1) Send -> compile the various fields
2) Preview -> I open a window with the summary of the data
3) Save -> save the unsigned.txn file and a pop-up window tells me that the transaction has been successfully performed.

After I've used the offline pc and I've transfered the file unisegned.txn:
4) Tools -> Upload transaction -> From file (and I load unisegned.txn file)

At this moment there's a problem: the window that appear and summarize the data has the Sign button (like the Transmission button) that is not enabled, so I can't sign the transaction.

I think the reason is the fact that the offline pc is not up to date with the first transaction in which I transferred some mBTCs to the online PC.

Am I wrong?
Why the button sign is not enable?
Please, can anyone help me?

sono nuovo del forum. Ringrazio per l'interessante guida sul Cold storage. Ho provato ad Utilizzare Electrum con l'attuale ultima versione (2.8.3) e ho trovato qualche differenza rispetto a quanto riportato nei post più datati. Vi chiedo la cortesia se qualcuno può aiutarmi a creare una transazione in uscita perché non riesco a firmare le transazioni nel pc offline. Spiego i vari passaggi che ho eseguito.

Prima di tutto ho trasferito nel pc online qualche mBTC e fin qui tutto ok.

Ho poi creato una transazione non firmata nel pc online quindi:
1) Invia -> compilo i vari campi
2) Anteprima -> mi si apre una finestra con il riepilogo dei dati
3) Salva -> salvo il file unsigned.txn e una finestra di pop up mi avvisa che la transazione è stata eseguita con successo.

Passo quindi nel pc offline ove trasferisco il file unisegned.txn:
4) Strumenti -> Carica transazione -> Da file (e carico il file unisegned.txn)

Adesso qui viene la sorpresa perché la finestra che compare e che riepiloga i dati ha il pulsante Firmare (come il pulsante Trasmissione) che risulta non abilitato, quindi non mi è possibile firmare la transazione.

Da quanto ho capito credo che il motivo sia legato al fatto che il pc offline non è aggiornato a riguardo della prima transazione in cui ho trasferito qualche mBTC nel pc online.

Quindi dove sto sbagliando?
Perché il tasto Firmare risulta non abilitato?
Qualcuno può gentilmente aiutarmi?
