Okay so i bought brand new 1070s for my mining rig and one of my gpus my main gpu started power cycling.

Why all of my other gpus are straight lines i mean a couple of dips is normal but constant its dropping my hash rate from 30mh/s to 18-21 mh/s on that card. WHY?!!
